This is why people use Turo, when you get to use quality cars while in a quality location. If you are in sunny San Diego why wouldn't you want to ride around with the top down? Robert is an excellent host to work with, you want to have the security of knowing you are working with a professional. Will return!

I should have paid more attention to the age of the car. It was older and definitely had seen a lot. We parked for dinner and put the top up with the engine not running. When we got back from dinner the car was dead. I tried reaching Robert but was not able to right away, so called a tow truck to jump it. They discovered the issue was the battery cables were very loose and couldn’t be tightened further. It took the driver some time moving them around while I was trying to start the car before we got it going. I was afraid to stop the car to get gas so I nicely explained to Robert I wasn’t able to fill it for fear it wouldn’t start again. He billed me for the gas which is fine, but considering I had to wait 2 hours at night with my family before we could start it I felt it was fair to give me a credit of $100 which hasn’t happened. Hopefully he’ll consider that and I can adjust my review

This Gentlemen didn’t wanna take responsibility for killing the battery by putting up the hard convertible top with the engine not running! Not even after I googled it and send it to him clearly stating that if you put a hard convertible top up with the engine not running it can kill the battery or destroy the convertible top motor! He chose to blame it on loose cables, if that was cause why didn’t battery have any power until it was jumped! Then he wants a credit to change his opinion of car.
