Ken was such a nice host. Car was ready to go and clean from inside. He is pretty flexible In fact he also pick me up from San Bruno Bart without any extra charges. Totally recommend whoever is looking for car in SF area.
The Turo lot in San Bruno made getting the car extremely easy. Mark took my reservation number and took all the pics. He also explained to me how to use the Model 3 and all the interesting features it had. Grayson was very flexible with my special requests for the rental and we were able to work out a deal through the Turo app. I drove the model 3 for 2 weeks and it was a dream. The supercharger network was great. Same with the autopilot! Will definitely rent again.

Charlie - the best host I have ever had. He not only met me, he gave me the ins and outs for this magical beast of a vette. He was warm, knowledgeable and a great storyteller. The Stinging Bee - I know the name is not greeeeaaat, but its what I got for now. This car is pure magic. It's loud, fast, fun and safe (I was in a lot of rain for the first day). It was not only clean, but it had some really wholesome 'bells and whistles' which made this birthday rental a delicious experience. Overall - he's got a few other cars I will be 'meeting' soon :)
Drove down the 1 to San Diego and back over the course of two weeks. The car was the best part of the trip. Ton of fun to drive. So much better to do the trip with the top down. We actually fit four people in the car on the way down, including two roller bags and 4 backpacks. Everyone was comfortable enough (none of us are that big).

I had a struggle finding a competent rental manager. Just when I thought about turning to a different car rental company, God opened up the skies and sent me an angel. His name is Ken:I remember when I first messaged Ken and he responded extremely quickly and politely. To tell the truth, the world needs more people like Ken. I wish my kids lived up to the expectations that Ken has set for respect and responsibility. I never thought that the pinnacle of man would be working at a car reality, but evidently I was dead wrong.
Excellent experience renting with Matthel. He’s a fast and clear communicator and the car is great. Super fun to enjoy on a nice weekend. Apple CarPlay makes connecting your phone a breeze and the car’s controls are easy to work out. I’d love to rent again.
Charlie is one of the top hosts on Turo and his fleet of cars is outstanding! I rented his Porsche 911 S, it was such a blast. He took the time to show me cool features on the 911 to make the trip the most enjoyable. The handling on this thing is the best ever, it definitely feels like your glued to the ground. The sport exhaust is a symphony that really stands out, trust me a lot of people will turn when they hear it. The acceleration on the 911 S is quick to pull you on your seat. I could tell you how awesome it is but not until you experience this 911 S that you’ll understand what I mean. And the interior is another amazing piece of this car. Rent it from Charlie he’s a really cool host, quick to communicate and has other really cool sports cars. Trust me do it!
Joseph is the best host you can find in the Bay Area. He’s nice, understanding and patient. The car was loaded with all the new tech and excellent for cruising around. Go to him if you want a cheap reliable rental experience.

Steven’s BMW 2 Series was the perfect car to get around the city of San Francisco. I rented a car from turo and the owner ended up being a no show, leaving me stranded without a car until Steven came to the rescue and within 30 minutes of requesting to rent his car last minute, he responded and rented it out to me! This car was clean, fun, and safe to drive. It’s my first time out West and I had the best experience with Steven’s BMW I even extended my rental car hours with him and there was no problem. Charlie was an excellent host. Great communication, very easy pick up and drop off, extremely friendly. I couldn't ask for more. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable about the car and seemed passionate about cars in general. The 911 is a fun, well rounded car. Able to flip between heart pumping sports car and comfortable luxury car in an instant, it's not wonder it's such a popular car. Top tier handling, wailing exhaust, the best dual clutch gearbox in the business, and surprisingly quiet and comfortable even with the top down. The perfect cruiser for a day of driving fun.
I rented a Porsche Boxter S From an Absolutely amazing host Charlie. Very welcoming and very friendly took the time to make sure I knew the little tricks and features of the car. The car was very clean and very well maintained and very quick, took turns like a pro. He checked in with me to see how I was liking the car near the end of my trip. Fantastic experience, highly recommend even for long trips , the car is so comfortable and entertaining that I found the additional supercharge stops, while certainly adding time, went by super fast and allowed stretching and relaxing breaks. Hugo is the man, easily reachable at all times, professional and flexible. Awesome, seamless experience and don’t see myself ever using a traditional rental again!

I rented Matthel's miata for a weekend trip up and down the norcal coast and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Matthel was quick to respond to bookings and questions, the car was clean and well maintained. 15/10 would recommend and I'll be looking to rent again in the future!

Where to start here, the car, or Charlie?! The car was absolutely incredible. I hadn't driven a Porsche before so I was in for a treat. I did 3 days of day trips from San Francisco and had a huge smile on my face for every second of the ride. The car is comfortable, the storage trunk areas were larger than I expected, the speakers are top notch, and the car practically drives itself - the only "problem" was that the car wanted to go faster, but I had no autobahn nearby! Charlie is an organized, gracious host that cares about your experience. His priority was for me to have fun and enjoy the car. He wasn't nervous about me taking the car out and being a new Porsche driver. It seems he is a true sports car enthusiast, and enjoys spreading that joy and wants others to enjoy as well. I had to message Charlie a few times over the weekend and each time he responded quickly and courteously. I will definitely be renting from Charlie again when I am looking for a fun car for a local trip! I look forward to exploring his fleet of fun sports cars. Thank you!!

Upon my arrival, the car was clean and ready to go. We chatted for a little about the car and he shared with me all the different features. When returning he was flexible with time. THIS is the Audi R8 V10 Quattro. Some say its the All Season Supercar, or the Best Daily Supercar at any price. They're both right, and Charlie as a car enthusiast has great taste in toys. It was a pleasure to experience this car, and the V10 joy is now part of my soul.
