I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS HOST AGAIN! I’ve been renting from this host for months. In August, I began renting from this host weekly in order to be able to get to school. I originally had no issues, so the 3-4 hundred dollars coming out of my pocket weekly was fine. Over time, issues began to present themselves. At first it was little things like a visor, or something small in the car being damaged. Over time it increased to me picking up cars, turning them over and immediately seeing maintenance required or oil change needed. It takes me over an hour to get to school so I definitely depend on a reliable vehicle for school. This week drew the line for me. I picked up my vehicle Wednesday morning and told them I would be extending, but they still allowed someone else to rent the vehicle. I then had to return and re-rent another vehicle. I returned one vehicle at 5 pm, and picked up another at 5 pm. When I went to pick up the other vehicle, it immediately stank unpon entering it. Not normal stink. Like something died in the vehicle. I had to immediately go home and my husband sprayed the car down, but it didn’t help. So I’ve been riding with the windows down. I had to message them at 9:30( I just picked the vehicle up at 5 pm) because the car wouldn’t even start. I was out studying with my daughter and nieces and having to call for a jump at 10 pm. Then he proceeded to tell me I could take the car to Autozone MYSELF for a battery, or return the vehicle and rerent another one. I called Turo, and found out I wouldn’t be refunded for 7-10 days, which means I would’ve had to come out of pocket another 2-3 hundred dollars for another vehicle, possibly more because there were no vehicles within the same price range I rented this one. So, after 10 pm at night, my options were to go to AutoZone( which was already closed and I leave at 0700 for school and they aren’t open yet) or spend more money with them while I wait to be refunded the money I JUST spent? SERIOUSLY! I had to purchase a self jump starter, for THEIR vehicle I had already PAID for! Because he literally told me those were my options, AND HE COULD NOT COME JUMP ME AGAIN! Like it was my fault!!!!!!! Every single time I got in this vehicle I had to jump it. IN Order for me to RETURN THEIR FUNKY CAR ON TIME, I had to call my mom to come jump me with her Grand Wagonaeer because the sorry ass battery wouldn’t turn over! Ima a freakin med student with a family and a million other things to be concerned with. THIS should not have been one of them! Spend your money here if you want, but if anything goes wrong, THEY DO NOT CARE! You will NOT GET COMPENSATED A REFUND NOTHING. You will have to figure it out! Find a host who cares!!!!!

The car quality was great, the host was willing to work with me for pickup times and it made things so much easier.
