This is a used vehicle and it has its wear and tear, possible number of dents or scratches around the body, possible previous damage that may have been fixed, some tear inside from previous users, so if you are picky or expect something new, please go to new car rent companies such as Enterprise, or with other hosts ... Please if you are not happy with the vehicle conditions when you arrive, you can immediately cancel the trip and get full refund if you have convincing reasons. Please keep it clean, no smoking and no pets otherwise cleaning fees apply, even though it is possible that previous guests had smoked and we try our best to clean as much we can so please help us too !! Even we offer pick up delivery but sometimes we recommend that you take Uber or Lyft to our location! You can pick up the car by taking Uber or Lyft which would costs only $11 one way and it is just 6 min drive from airport. When you request without delivery you save $35 which them you can use them toward transportation. This cheaper and more convenient, we can leave the key outside in a safe outside the office. If you prefer our pick up: Then will send you someone who will pick you up and then drive back to our location where we make the verification and handle the keys.

The car was in ok shape it was mechanically drivable but seemed worn an not very well maintained, but clean,. At highway speeds there was a clear vibration in the steering wheel and the suspension and steering seemed a bit clunky. I rented this vehicle because my personal vehicle was in the shop for some repairs that originally required 3 days due to scheduling issues at the dealership howerever a slot opened up and three days turned into two. This change was in less than 4 hours of the original booking and the host refused to change it from three days to two. It was only after I booked that he stated that he had a three day minimum in other postings I understood that the three days was an option if you wanted a further discount not a requirement. This is very misleading and in my opinion dishonest. I will not be renting from This TURO host again.

First of all you didn’t want to pick the car yourself and send someone else to pick it which is not allowed with any rental companies. Secondly we checked the car after you drop it off, we even send to the mechanic shop and nothing came back negative. I think you are upset that we refused to allow two days rent which is our minimum. It is written under the car policy and if you try to book the car for two days wouldn’t even allow you. You didn’t even communicate to us and just went ahead to Turo

That not true, you called to report a check engine light and asked us if you can keep the car. Usually check engine lights can be triggered for sensors and the car was driving well.

We rented the car for 3 days and everything went well at pickup. Easy, good communication. Car was clean and just as stated in the information. We had a flat tire on the second day and the car didn’t have the correct tools to change the flat, which is extremely frustrating. We had to contact Turo to send a tow truck out and spent the rest of the day on the phone trying to coordinate between Turo and the host to take care of the situation. The host was vague on the how to handle the situation which sent us back to Turo. We paid for the tire and paid for 3 days of a rental which we only had for 2 days. We asked for a refund for the 3rd day and we are still waiting to see if the host will refund us.
