Beautiful Tesla Dual Motor AWD Long Range Model 3. Great for trolling around town or heading out on summer trips (not having to pay for gas just kind of improves the overall vibe of things!) Happy to throw a bike rack on the back if you need it. The autopilot features are really useful and enhance safety. VERY IMPORTANT: There is no way for you to pay Tesla at a Tesla charging station. Instead, Tesla auto-bills me. By renting my vehicle, you are agreeing to pay $25 for each "fill-up" that you make at a Tesla Supercharger. I will invoice you at the end of the trip for each supercharger use. Alternatively, you can obviously use home chargers, destination chargers, or public chargers. FOR MY SKIING FRIENDS IN THE WINTER: 1. Traction perfection. The car has great snow tires. When combined with the AWD and the distributed battery weight, this car does better than any 4wd SUV i've ever owned. The added traction of the AWD and snow tires will make sure you get through the snow safely with good traction. You'll appreciate getting up the Cottonwood Canyons in a jiffy. I use this car to ski at all the resorts in the intermountain region; it gets me anywhere I want to go safely, and without the environmental and gas expense baggage. 2. Free parking at Solitude comes with car (Solitude checks license plates). 3. Ski rack if needed. 4. Charging. Sometimes avilable at your hotel, any number of public charging spots, or Tesla's supercharging stations. Tesla supercharging will cost $25 added as an extra on the rental. 5. Let me know if you'd like to chat through options for your ski trip. I'm familiar with all the local resorts, and a USSA-certified instructor (as a hobby). I would love for everyone to get the most fun out of their ski trip, while spending as little as possible. 2018 Tesla Model 3 Dual Motor AWD•0-60 in 3-4 seconds! •Tinted glass roof with ultraviolet and infrared protection •Wireless Device Charging •Supercharge in 30-60 minutes! •Go Anywhere! Please let me know if the windshield gets hit by a rock; that stuff just happens sometimes. If I know about it right away, I can take prompt action to glue the chip, which saves me multiple thousand dollars in replacement windshields . . . . . How do I charge your electric car?
Please note that as a default, the car will be charged to 85% when you pick it up. (Charging EVs to 100% can damage the battery.) So on return, please have the car charged back up to 85% (unless you've purchased a pre-paid charging from turo). Plan ahead for charging. For convenience, plan to stay at a hotel with a desination charger. Charging cord and adapter located in Frunk. You may also use public charging stations. Great car!

1st time Turo user and 1st time renting a Tesla. The Turo website information and ease to work with Chad (host) made the experience on both items a 5-star experience for me. Looking forward to next time.

Great pet friendly option to use during your travels in SLC!

Chad was a great host. Super clear and concise communication from touchdown at the airport to final drop-off and was very helpful in introducing us to Tesla and making sure we were well-equipped to operate the car. The car itself was amazing, and while you can tell it’s been a bit used, none of that affected functionality or comfort. Chad includes a charging cord in the car for your convenience, or you can charge at one of the handful of Superchargers around SLC. All in all, a great, straightforward rental experience from a great host. This one is going in the list of favorites.
