Jay was very accommodating. We ended up renting a car the night before we arrived in salt lake city and Jay was there the next morning to pick us up. We actually extended our rental and Jay was very quick to respond. We will definitely be renting from Jay again the next time we're in Salt Lake City.

Cierra was very clear to me on where to pick up and drop off the car at the end of my trip. The car was in phenomenal shape. If I were to go back to Salt Lake City I would without a doubt book with Cierra again!

Renting from Jay is essentially the same level of professionalism and convenience as a traditional rental car company, with none of the added cost and hassle. Would recommend renting from Jay to anyone need a car in Salt Lake City.

Adam was great with coordinating the pickup and delivery of the Mini. The car was fantastic, got great gas mileage, and had room for four people with the optional Yakima roof rack. For four or less passengers on a ski trip, this is one of the best cars you can rent in Salt Lake City.

Jay is undoubtedly an all star host. I have rented from him 5 or 6 times at this point, and honestly wouldn't consider renting from anyone else in salt lake city. Thanks again Jay!

This was my first Turo rental. Everything went better than I could have expected. Daniel was very easy to work with. The Lexus drove perfectly and was in great condition. Heated seats and all-wheel drive was so nice to have in the mountains during the Utah winter. I will definitely rent with Daniel next time we are in Salt Lake City.

Trace was fantastic to rent from, if I come back to Salt Lake City I will rent from him again. Vehicle was clean with a great system for drop off. He even left a few dollars for parking.

First time Turo rental and I think we'll be repeat customers. The hand off was really easy and car got us where we needed to go. We took a trip from Salt Lake City to Moab, UT. After a short time figuring out the car, everything went great. Matthew was always responsive, courteous and met us exactly where we requested to give the car back. After the trip, I calculated we got 36 mpg in the Chevy Cruze. Well worth it and a great experience.

This was our first time using Turo and we could not have asked for a better experience! Shawn was extremely professional and considerate; he even met us at baggage claim and personally walked us through check in. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire trip. The car itself was perfect for our trip - we had skis in the ski rack and drove up to Solitude/Brighton during a snow day and the vehicle performed perfectly. The snow tires were an extra level of safety that I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Shawn and his WRX to anyone traveling to Salt Lake City!

Scott was very accommodating and his car was the perfect fit for our snowboarding trip. Even after it snowed 8" in the mountains we were able to easily pull out of our snowed in, uphill facing street parking spot. The car was great on gas, comfortable and roomy with plenty of room for gear. I may have to look into buying one of these cars myself.

As advertised. It’s a 2012 and has got a bunch of dings on the outside and inside but it ran well and is still a solid Lexus. Ethan was also a good host with good communications and was accommodating to my requests on pick up and drop off. I’d rent it again and will look to see if it’s available next time I rent in SLC (or other cars that Ethan manages).

It couldn't have been easier dealing with Tim Dahle Nissan. Communications and instructions were efficient and clear, it was easy to make changes just before and during the trip, the car was in excellent condition and served my purposes well.

Much easier and nicer than a rental car. Guaranteed AWD was nice to have. My only gripe is the customer has to pay to get the car from the more expensive garage parking but Dealership gets to pay the cheaper parking expense by forcing the customer to use the economy lot.

Jay provided and excellent experience! The vehicle was waiting when our flight arrived and had just been detailed. Clean and comfortable, fun to drive. We drove up to Brighton right after a storm and it handled awesome in the snow and ice. It felt very safe in those conditions. When I realized I had reserved my time to return the vehicle earlier than I needed, Jay was very accommodating and accepted my request to extend the rental immediately. Will seek out to rent from him in the future.

Great experience with Adam, Turo, and Tesla. There is a learning curve to planning out trips and charging but the car was a blast to drive and Adam couldn’t have been better to work with.

Very nice car, all wheel drive worked was great in snow. We made daily trips from park city to SLC for 3 weeks to visit a family member in the hospital, often in bad weather and the car was perfect for it.

Car was super clean. There was an ice scraper, extra windshield washing fluid, hand sanitizer, phone chargers, tire pressure gauge, etc. Well equipped and well running. Would definitely rent again.

By far the best car rental experience I've ever had. Sean was punctual, delivered the car to my hotel, it was sparkling clean and for less than $200/day it's a steal of a deal. Highly recommend Sean and his Panamera!
