Save time and make dropoff a breeze by adding this Extra. This prepaid cost for us to take the car upon return to the nearest supercharger. Car must be returned with 35 miles+ range or tow fees will apply.

Return the car hassle free,. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal. Standard car wash post trip only. Excess cleaning fees will apply if car returned very dirty.

Guidelines
As a reminder, we are a personal car share not a car rental, please respect our amazing Tesla as if were your own, return the car in the same condition and follow our guidelines. Take a minute to revisit them before starting your trip: 1. NO Smoking/Vaping, NO pets, NO eating; minimum $150 cleaning fee, if there is any smoke/vape smell, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return. 2. Return car with at least same battery charge range, Charging fee $0.75/per mile of charge if returned with less range. A towing fee of $200 if car returned with less than 20 miles. 3. Professionally wash only, prior to return or a $40 car wash charge will be applied to the reservation. DO NOT use an automatic car wash or attempt to wash yourself. 4. Supercharger idle fees are $0.50/min if car is plugged in and not actively charging and goes up to $1.00/min if all other stalls are filled, unplug and move from space BEFORE it reaches the charge limit to avoid fees. 5. Tolls and Parking/Traffic Tickets must be paid by the Renter directly to the corresponding agency BEFORE we receive a notice in the mail. Any additional fees incurred for unpaid tickets will be required paid by renter. 6. Excess miles charged at $1.75/mi 7. Renter is financially responsible for any wear and tear during the rental period.

My husband and I rented this Tesla for my birthday vacation while we went to were in California. We had never been in a Tesla before so the whole experience was new and fun. The pickup and drop off went as smooth as it could have gone. Thanks Lance.

Wow! This car is awesome! I really need to get one. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to meet Lance in person to go over the car. Since I’ve been researching Tesla cars for awhile now it didn’t take me long to get used to the car. Through the Tesla app I was able to get in and drive the car after I uploaded the pics to the app. From there Lance text me and let me know that if I needed anything to let him know. Great experience!
