Needed a rental car last minute and Michael’s car came in clutch. It was reasonably priced and easy on gas. The car was clean and easy to drive. Everything worked properly and made for a comfortable days trip. Michael was quick to respond and was a lot of help. Great experience overall and would rent again.

This was my first time renting a vehicle through Turo. The owner, Michael, was easy to work with, and very cordial in communication and when we met. The vehicle was OK. there were some minor issues, as you might expect from a high mileage vehicle. The biggest issue was at drop-off. I picked up and returned the vehicle at SMF. I was uncertain as to where to park the vehicle upon return. The lot I returned the vehicle to required the same credit card to enter and exit. After completing the return and going to the terminal, I had to return to the car, meet with Michael, and use my credit card to exit the lot. Michael then dropped me off at the terminal. Fortunately, I had sufficient time to complete the return and still make my flight.

Nice car for highway driving - drove to Redding and back on about 3/4 tank. Michael always communicated very promptly, which was much appreciated when I was trying to locate the car on pickup. I like the system he used of having a lock box on the outside of the car, so that I could pick it up on my own time rather than feeling rushed to meet someone dropping it off. I often forgot how confusing going to an unfamiliar airport can be! Thanks again, Michael. Would highly recommend.

There was a minor mix-up at pick up with the address but Michael was quick to correct, gracious and even offered coffee money to compensate! Totally unnecessary but much appreciated!! The rental was fine, served it's purpose and was great on gas! Would rent again!!
