Cuong was great to work with, made the experience seemless! The only reason why I am not leaving 5 stars was the car had a shaking feeling while braking and the car went into limp mode on my trip for about 2 hours, but then went back to normal. An error popped up on the dash about the drivetrain. Really enjoyed the car otherwise, it is in good condition and was a great option for my trip. If I get the opportunity to work with Cuong again I would gladly do so. Very strong communicator through the app!

Everything was great about the ride, pick up, and drop off. The car had a known issue that was not mentioned before taking off which would have been nice to know. The issue did not affect the ability to drive the vehicle, but if you’re driving any car for the first time, hear a weird sound you get concerned and don’t want to be accused of handling the car poorly and creating said issue. However, Coung is polite, respectful and answers in a timely fashion. Would absolutely book again.
