Car is located on airport parking EAST ECONOMY LOT: at or near bus kiosk 43D, When returning car to same location there will be a $10 charge for parking for one day pay when exiting lot. If leaving lot is more than $10 , PARKING over $10.00 will be refunded at the end of your trip. Free shuttle from terminal from baggage claim level . Bus will say special or east economy .or ECONOMY last bus stop after entering lot is 43D , bus kiosk near bus exit , car is next to bus kiosk to the left when exiting bus facing bus kiosk . After handicap spots usually 8-15 spots down. The car will have Turo go access. Just unlock car with your Turo app under Turo go or if you want we can remote unlock car for you . Just put key fob (looks like a small Tesla) in your pocket or purse and the car will lock automatically when you walk away and open automatically when you approach. Car will be accessible by Turo go unlock through Turo app or call 916 626-1901 for remote unlock by host. We expect hosts to provide guests with a clean car, in turn guests must return car in the same condition in which they received it or as close to clean as possible. If you return car significantly dirtier and the host informs us , you may incur a cleaning fee from $75 to $250 depending on the severity. We suggest taking photos of the inside and outside of the car both at the start and end of the trip and uploading them to the trip Photos section of the App. Turo Recharging Policy Reference: Guests are responsible for fully recharging electric vehicles before returning them. In Case of our Tesla Model 3 guests who pick the Prepaid EV recharge Extra are exempt and only need to return the car with 50 or more miles. Guests are responsible for providing a picture of Drivers License to verify which is picking up car. When Pic is uploaded to Turo trip photos in app an unlock code will be provided to access key fob in lock box attached to drivers window. • What about Tolls?

  We will provide a TOLL PASS on request. The TOLLS will be added as an additional reimbursement request.

• We recommend prepaid charging for $25 flat fee.

  Charging at hotels or homes with the adapter included is easy and affordable. (110 volt will provide approx. 5 miles per hour) Supercharging is usually all you will need.($25 prepaid will give you unlimited) 110V, 240V "Nema 14-50" and J1772 adapter is included in the trunk . You can use the provided adapter at hotels and homes.

• Parking Traffic Tickets?

  Parking Tickets & TOLLS will be added to your Reimbursement requests unless you pay them promptly. Also A fee for processing will be added. Please let us know if you need fastrak in advance.

• Cleanliness of the vehicle and It's pristine Condition upon delivery.

  Please respect this vehicle not as a Rental but a Car Share personal car. , . Please return car in the prestine condition as received NO Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Eating. A minimum $250 cleaning fee, if there is any smoke/vape smell , evidence of pets or other foul smell,food found when returned. This will be documented and reported to Turo along with Fees..

• Return Battery Charge level?

  Return car with at least same Charge Level as it was delivered or more. Charging fee may be assessed or up to $0.50 per mile of charge if returned with less charge You are responsible to recharge this electric vehicle before returning it. But guests who pick the Prepaid EV recharge Extra are exempt and only need to return the car with at least 30 or more miles of charge.

• CLEANLINESS?

  Interior needs to be free of trash, dirt , spills,, food, smoke etc.' Please refrain from using Automatic car washes with Brushes or that require rollers that can scratch the car. Turo Cleaning Policy: We expect hosts to provide guest with a clean car. In return guests must return the car in the same condition in which they received it or as close to clean as possible.
