Parking details
When dropping the car off, please park on the street. Make sure to note the alternate side parking signs, and park on the correct side of the street. Turo is not responsible for parking tickets that you may incur if parked on wrong side of the street.

How do I charge the car using a public charger?
The Volt will accept Type 1 charger which can be found at most public charging stations. Tesla chargers, Type 2 and Direct Current chargers will not work or fit in the charger port. The charger port is located on the drivers side front panel, just ahead of the drivers door. Open the port, plug the cable in, and it will begin charging. There is also a Level 1 charger located in the trunk, left side panel. This can plug into any 120 volt regular outlet. This charger will take longer to charge then public Type 1 chargers (8 or more hours). Please be careful with the provided charger - if lost or damaged, you will be charged to replace it.

Thanks for booking Nathan. What part of the car was not the cleanest? We just had it detailed and cleaned a few days ahead of your booking. The tree pollen in the area is heavy this week and it is coating everything in a green film - was that the issue?
As for car pickup that is on Turo - the app did not send notification that you booked when you booked.
