Great communication and very easy pick-up/drop-off at the airport! The car was clean and spacious, which was very useful to transport luggage + stroller. The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star rating is because the car had a strong odor that smelled like it had been smoked in years before and then covered or cleaned with an air freshener. It was noticeable before getting into the car and it transferred onto our clothes after driving around for the day. Knowing this would have likely changed my choice of renting the car especially since we were traveling with two young children. We would absolutely rent from this host again, but would not rent this particular vehicle again.
