You won't be able to get the vehicle: If you do not send a picture of your license before the trip. If your driver’s license does not match the information Turo provided, or you are not the person with the driver’s license. Important Information: You cannot get the vehicle before the scheduled pick-up time. No Smoking or No Pets: Pets and smoking of any form are not prohibited inside the vehicle. If we find evidence or odor of either pets or smoking, you may be charged. Damages: Please do not damage the inside or outside of the car. If any damage is done, you may be charged for the repairs. Fuel: Please return the vehicle with the same level of fuel you received it at. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you will be charged the fuel cost and maybe an upcharge. Leave all gas receipts on the dashboard of the vehicle. Cleanness: Please return the vehicle in the same state that you received it. Any spills, leftover trash, or debris may result in you may be charged. Items: Please do not take any items out of the car. If you don’t, you may be charged.
