Very convenient pick up and drop up. Car is great on gas. Location very close to majority of bus stops in Richmond which made my trip very accessible and affordable. Also one of the most inexpensive rentals in the area!

Wow, this app is amazing! So I was in a pinch and needed to rent a car while my vehicle was getting fixed in the shop. After hearing about this app from a friend I decided to give it a try. The process was SO much easier than renting a car from a traditional rental company. Katya was very professional and even moved up my rental time without hesitation since I was in a pinch and needed a vehicle to get some errands done. I flew in from TX the day before Thanksgiving took an Uber to ENTERPRISE and they would not allow me to get a car with an out of state license and no major credit card! I was stranded! I downloaded Turo called Mohamed left a voice mail and he returned my call within 15 minutes! I explained my situation and he told me to come down and he would get me in a car! As soon as I walked in he brought me right to a new clean rental with the keys! Made my entire weekend!! THANK YOU 100% RECOMMENDED

The rental was easy and convenient. Communication was prompt. The only minor issue was the car itself. It worked fine but wasn't as clean as it could have been and it had some minor mechanical issues that didn't affect driving the vehicle. Overall a good experience.

Susan was a great. We initially booked the car for the day. However, Susan suggested that we extend our trip, which was no additional cost, and use it to drive to the airport-rather than Uber. She walked us through exactly where to drop the car, and met us at the airport to pick up the car at 5:40am.
