    We are located about 4 mi from Logan Airport, if you are flying in please let us know as we have a special pick up arrangement for guests flying in from Logan.

  • What happens when I drive through the tolls?

    For tolls you will be sent a reimbursement request after your trip ends.

  • How does contactless check in/out work?

    If you wish to do contactless check in please send the information listed in the pick up instructions when you book the vehicle and then I will unlock the vehicle remotely upon your arrival. If you don’t send the information required for contactless check in/out I can be there to check you in regularly.

Firstly would note that i booked a trip for his Nissan Sentra months in advance and just 2 days prior to my trip he canceled. Now, i was able to communicate to get ANYTHING he had available he offered me a Toyota booked and ready which was awesome he accommodated then just when i landed in Boston he then cancelled Again and said he won’t have the car back in time for my trip stressed & in a pinch of time i was stuck without a car.. continued to communicate and offered me This Kia until he was able to get the replacement Toyota back. Worked for me so problem resolved until it was time to switch cars he Still didn’t have the Toyota ready for me. now i was car-less for half of my my trip… Communicating with him was fast & easy but my 1 star would result to just flat out unreliable. it was supposed to be a fun filled trip but i was just super stressed the entire time. thanks but would not recommend or rebook in the future.

Hi Monique, we told you many times reason for us having to cancel your trip and it was due to the vehicle being STOLEN by the previous renter so of course it was not available for you. We then provided you with another one of our vehicles, being more expensive than the one you booked and we price matched it for you. I didn’t expect a 1 star review as we worked hard to find you another vehicle instead of leaving you car less and you thanked us the entire trip. Kindly never rent from us again.
