AGREEMENT: You agree to the following by booking: 1- You agree that you are personally responsible for the $2500 out of pocket deductible to cover any damages caused during your trip. If damage is less than deductible, you further agree to pay us directly and immediately for those damages no later than 24 hours from the trip end time. 2- You agree to provide a copy of your driver license. 3- You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts including negative reporting to your credit file if you fail to pay your responsibilities. 4- You agree to immediately file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 5-You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation and appropriate fine & penalty. 6-You agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm approval. 7-You agree that vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing State Line without prior approval. Fines will be assessed at owners discretion. Please drive the speed limits. 8-TOLLS: If a toll is found during your reservation, a $20 fee will be assessed to your account including the toll amount used during your rental. 9-GAS: This vehicle uses Premium 93 gasoline, please return fueled otherwise an additional $75 will be added onto the amount of gas that will be replaced. We ask you to please leave all gas receipts reflecting use of 93 Premium gas in vehicle, failure to provide receipt will incur a $75 fee to your reservation. 10-CLEAN: Our cars are loved, and well cared for. We thoroughly clean them and keep them germ-free with our rigorous cleaning regimens for your safety. With this in mind we would like to let you know that if the car is returned anything less than what we gave you, such as SAND, dirt, and debris, a $300 fee will be assessed to your account. A good rule of thumb is to hand wash and vacuum the car before returning it. The sand is very tough to get out, so please be mindful of this. Pro tip ⭐️: Be careful touching the leather with sunscreen on your hands or body as this will stain the surface of the vehicle, and a claim will be made. 11-WHEELS: Please thoroughly check the car for any preexistent damages and document it upon check-in, we do a pretty good job at taking photos of these things but if notice anything please let us know right away. Curb rashes happen all the time, and if this happens to you the wheels can be easily repaired. You are responsible for this and we request reimbursement per wheel at $300 each for the repair. Tire wear will be assessed after your reservation, we document the tires health before your reservation and will inspect upon return for any excessive ware due to burnouts, Street racing and such. 12-SMOKING/VAPING: There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the vehicle. We charge up to $250 for this and will be assessed if you smoke or vape in our vehicle. Not to mention your banning if you do this. 13-lost key fobs will be billed at $1500 plus cost of towing etc. 14- tampering with tracking devices will result in fines and immediate cancellation of trip.
