What can I say, Thomas's MB 420 SEL was the perfect way to cruise in the Palm Springs area. The car is in immaculate shape, mechanically and aesthetically. I was complemented by several hotel valets, and considering Palm Springs' car scene, that says a lot. Thomas met me right outside the baggage claim for drop off, and met me again promptly outside ticketing for my airline. Our interaction was minimal and professional, easy and informative. I would definitely recommend renting one of Thomas's cars for a creative, comfortable, and stylish way to cruise Palm Springs. I know I will be renting from him again next time I come back.

Super easy pickup, right outside the airport, dropped off in the same spot. Couldn’t have been any easier. Beautiful car inside and out, they even delivered it with nearly a 100% charge. Thomas was extremely accommodating and thoughtful with his service and his lovely car. Not only was the car spotless, but stocked with chargers, napkins, tissues, etc. What a smooth and comfortable ride....EV with a 10G tank! We were surprised at spending almost nothing on petrol. But the best part was walking straight out into the 100 degree desert heat to be greeted with a cooled beautiful car....poor other suckas were waiting in the big overpriced rental car company lines.—-never again—-

This was my first time renting from Tomas. Let me tell you. I would rent from him again and again and again! His communication was impeccable, he was always on time or even early. Witch, I truly appreciate. He was so flexible with any of my requests and always available, if I had a question or concern. If you’re going to Palm Springs, rent his Mercedes convertible. It will make your trip!

First time renting with Turo and the experience was great. Jose’s car was super nice and quiet. I did not have to use BT as XM was in service. Easy to park and easy on gas. When returning to PSP, I would look for a rental from Jose.

Tim provided us with excellent service. The airport pick up and drop off was quick and easy. The car was in great condition and really fun to drive. We enjoyed the convertible in Palm Springs and driving over the mountains to Laguna Beach. The car has a lot of storage in the trunk even when the top is down. Everything went great and Tim offered to assist with any needs we might have, although there was nothing we needed. The car is smooth and powerful and I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Such a great trip and why I prefer Turo over rental cars. James picked me up AT the airport curbside. Just had to text him I'm here. Plane was delayed and took forever to get the bags but wasn't a problem for James. Communication through the app and via text was easy and prompt. His Passat was clean and diesel so the mileage was great. I accidentally booked my return as 3:30am instead of PM but that wasn't a problem. Thanks James for that. Drop off was just as easy. Picked him up and he drove me to departures. Two small carry one and one hardcase travel golf bag which fit easily across the back seats. Will definitely rent from James again.

Decent inexpensive car for driving around town. Took it up in the mountains and in the desert and it handled well on steep curvy mountain roads. Ray was a good communicator and everything was as expected.
