Very easy pick up and drop off. Great car! The whole trip was effortless.

Take pictures of the vehicle before you get in it. Rafael is trying to get free work done on his car I took pictures of the rooms before I took possession, and they were scratched. My son was with me for the entire trip, and we hit no curbs. Now he’s trying to get us to repair rims that were already scratched

The trip was relatively smooth. I really enjoyed driving the Tesla. It drove perfectly and got me around where I needed to go. Only cons were: 1. The Tesla was locked upon walking up to it. Rafael didn’t respond for over 30 minutes while I stood in the sun with no shade. Eventually had to walk inside the airport to cool down. 2. The closest Tesla supercharger is in Draper, which is 20-25 minutes away. By the time you charge to 90%, drive back, get a car wash, etc. you’ll likely be below the charge you picked it up with. And Rafael will charge you. 3. There is 2 hour free parking at the airport. Rafael should make it a priority to pick up the vehicle within 2 hours so the renter doesn’t have to pay the $12. That would be 5 star service. Other than that everything else went fine. Only deducting one star since those things are fairly minimal. Would encourage anyone to rent a Tesla!
