When booking you are acknowledging that you fully accept and completely understand the terms and conditions below. This might sound redundant but we want to make sure it's very clear. If you would like to use FSD Beta we will require that you go on a test drive with us first to ensure you are familiar with the system and how to operate it. It is truly and amazing feature and an experience to be had! Please let us know if you have any specific questions about FSD. -Supercharging is not free. If you use the supercharger network during your trip we will forward the invoice(s) to you at cost. -Never allow the vehicle to get under 20mi or 5% battery. Guests are liable for the costs of towing, emergency charging services, and any damage caused in doing so. -You may be recorded by Tesla sentry mode during your trip. While sentry mode is intended to keep the car safe, it does record any movement around the vehicle while parked, including you. -Guests must adhere to Turo policies throughout their trip. -Smoking, vaping, tobacco, and the use/transportation of marijuana in the vehicle without permission is a $250 fee and is a violation of Turo Policy. -Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. -Our vehicles are equipped with toll passes, however tolls are not included. -Please do not run the vehicle through a carwash. If you must, please contact us before doing so for further instructions. Only use contactless washes. -The guest who books the trip must be present at the time of check-in and checkout. -Obey all traffic laws at all times. -Do not use the vehicle for any race, competition, or sport of any kind. -Do not make any temporary modifications or changing of any parts without our express permission. This includes the changing of tire pressures or license plates. -Burnouts, donuts, drifting, etc. are not allowed. You will be held accountable for any unreasonable amount of tread used. Tread measurements are taken before your trip starts. If the vehicle is returned with an unreasonable amount of tread wear, blistering, graining, tearing, etc. you agree to pay for the fraction of tread used for each tire. (Any excessive blistering, graining, tearing, or other damage will automatically count as 50% of tread used. If greater than 50% treadwear is used and blistering, etc. is observed then the treadwear used will take precedence). -You are responsible for any damage incurred during your trip. -You are responsible for any traffic or parking tickets during the rental period and all other liabilities.

When you select a delivery location we bring the vehicle to you fresh and ready to drive. If you are landing at the airport we can meet you at your flight's baggage claim and help guide you to the car. (Contactless delivery is available). Our vehicles are held to a high standard of cleanliness, meticulously cleaned by hand with organic cleaning agents and inspected with unrelenting scrutiny.

• How do I charge the car?

  With every trip we include the Telsa mobile charger, the NEMA adapter set, as well as the J1772 adapter. This equipment will allow you to charge from just about any electrical outlet/receptacle! If you're going to be taking the vehicle on any road trips the supercharger network will allow you to charge much quicker. On average it will take about 12min to charge from 10% to 50%, but speeds can be faster or slower depending on the charger used. The built-in navigation on the Model 3's screen will help you find Superchargers as well as plan your trip! To charge at a Supercharger, park in the appropriate parking space and take the charging cable from it's station. Press the charging port cover to open it and plug in the cable. That's it, no credit card needed, no fuel to choose from!
