Eric went above and beyond the call of duty! I rented his gorgeous Tesla and he sent an instructional video prior to the pick up! If I had any questions he was very quick to respond. Wonderful experience and will do it again soon!

Car needed to be charged frequently and there weren’t enough charging stations where I was staying outside of Chicago. Because of the cold weather the battery died very quickly and caused for me to be late returning the vehicle. Very inconvenient overall!
