We do ask that no pets are in the car. We also ask for no smoking of any kind inside the car. Any spills of beverages or food that stain the car will be charged for as well. If these rules are not followed, we will charge a $250 to get the car detailed and have pet hair or any odors removed. If you are dropping car off at the airport early with a low battery and expect it to charge fast at the airport chargers please be aware that is not the case. PDX website states free charging in short term parking lot but please be aware that even though that is the case, they do charge 3/hr to park there. So please do not leave car with low battery at PDX airport chargers and expect it to charge to the amount you received it at. We will charge you the airport fee ($3/hour) if it’s dropped off early. We suggest you charge it at a Tesla super charger first if you’re dropping it off early, unless you paid the $19 to leave it with low battery. If you did not, Tesla super charging is cheaper than leaving it at the airport with low battery since chargers there are very slow and can take more than 24 hours to fully charge car. If you have any questions about leaving car with low battery and you did not pay to leave it with low battery, please ask us what the best way to go about leaving car at a low charge level. We will definitely try and help you pay the least amount as possible. We appreciate you following these rules :)
