Very good communication with the owner, I was very happy with the car and how everything went!

Car was great. Sophie was a very clear communicator. We did have an issue with some damage to the front end beneath the front bumper. She had some very short responses about that.

Everything about Sophie and this car was delightful - but fair warning that Mercedes requires you to have a doctorate in order to connect your phone and music to Bluetooth, it seems
