Loc and Eric were extremely understanding and helpful! Eric went out of his way to pick the car up at a location of my choice and even drove me to the airport so I wouldn’t have to wait to get an Uber. It’s hard to find people that would go out of their way for other people the way Eric did nowadays, so that just shows the character these guys have!

Minus 1 star for a minor hiccups. It had snowed 2-3 days prior to pickup which caused some minor delay on the owner's part when I was ready to pick up. Was a little bit peeved waiting over 30 minutes but totally understandable that they were backed up — working in these icy conditions is tough. The car drove like it should and the x-drive awd system worked beautifully in the snowy conditions. Overall very pleased with the rental
