Loc provided an amazing rental service with this audi a5! Pickup and drop off was super smooth and the car was clean when I got it. This car is a great choice if you want something smaller but still comfortable and roomy with plenty storage space for traveling or shopping

The two cars I have rented we're both great, the Mercedes C300 was actually amazing I highly recommend Tai and his team, great service, friendly, enthusiastic, you can feel the love of cars, the passion Tai and his team has.

They were literally Buried in Snow and Ice after the 100 year storm in Portland. I showed up early and they dropped everything and helped me get started on my trip.

This is the best Audi model ever made! Has down a EV you don’t have to charge. You can charge the battery by putting the car in dynamic mode and when you break the EV gauge will land on charge. The more you drive the more it charges when break into the (charge section). It drives like a space ship, it’s fast, it’s spacious and very comfortable. I’m currently 6’5

We really enjoyed our time in the Pacific Northwest thanks to the Audi Allroad that we rented from Tai and his team. It's an extremely comfortable car with good traction and amenitie. The vehicle itself need some minor fixes (tail light sensor was going off a couple of times),but overall no complaints. Convenient pick up and drop off options definitely helped. We will be back in the summer and definitely will be renting from Tai again.

This is a very fun car to drive. It’s All electric but has surprisingly long range because it recharges when you go downhill. I drove it in snow and ice and it did fantastic, better than SUVs with all weather tires. It looks much cooler than most all electrics as well. Def will rent again!

Jeff is the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. He is always on and ready to help and his home is close to major roads and easy to access. He even met me outside at beginning and end of the trip which was really kind. I did have trouble with accessing super chargers (they are mostly in suburbs and none are in pdx proper) and that did mean planning significant extra time for charging. Overall, the car was fantastic and Jeff is a dream host.

Tina was a very easy to work with a d a good communicator. She answered a few questions I had with quick responses. Tina made the arrangements for both pick up and drop off so easy for us. Car was as described and all went very smoothly making our two day trip to Astoria for my daughter’s birthday celebration carefree.

William was a great, accommodating, friendly host; he was polite and responsive, and really worked with me to make sure I had the best possible trip. His VW performed amazingly at Mt. Rainier where other cars might’ve struggled, and heated seats were a real plus. I’d confidently rent from him again.

Really great trip with this car! Everything ran smoothly and it was easy to drive. The host was very responsive and helpful with all questions we had, including a trip extension. The only complaint is it definitely smelled like tobacco product, and while the smell diminished with time, it never fully went away.

We had a wonderful time renting Jeff's Tesla! He was a gracious and communicative host, and thoughtfully showed us tips about the car when we arrived. 5/5 would recommend.

My wife rented Marcus’s Tesla for my birthday for the day. It was very clean and drove great! Pickup and drop off were very easy, nice off road parking! We accidentally locked the key card in the car and Marcus was able to quickly unlock the car from his phone remotely! This was our first experience with Turo and we had a great time! Definitely will be recommending Marcus!

Everything went well, and it was a real lifesaver to be able to rent a car on a Sunday night when the clutch on my car unexpectedly went out and I had to be to work on Monday morning at 7am!

This is by far the BEST experience I’ve had with any car rental. They are extremely reliable and if needed, they are always there if you need to get ahold of them. I wish there was Lux Rental everywhere. I appreciate your guys customer service and thanks for a good time!

Perfect host. Fast communication, completely seamless rental experience. The car itself is gorgeous and well-equipped. Very easy to get around Portland’s tight corners and sharp, winding hills in this! Navigation screen is easily one of the best I’ve seen thanks to a digital dashboard display where the map can be optionally set to take up most of the screen, placed in front of you right where you need it.

This car is the perfect choice if you want something economical but with plenty of power. I didn’t feel like this car was too slow like other hybrids and the ride quality was comfortable. Tai was easy to work with and provided a good condition vehicle.

I was very pleased with the respect that I was shown by Tai! I’m 22 and have rented cars in the past and people usually treat me like a kid. Tai treated me like any other customer and had faith in me with his vehicle. This made my experience positive and reassuring from the start. The Mercedes did a few minor exterior dings that were pointed out to me as soon as I arrived. But this should be expected when using any rental. The over all quality and comfort of the vehicle however was excellent. Keep in mind I also only spent around $200 including the cleaning fee and minimum coverage insurance. Which I recommend adding when renting from any company to protect yourself from any additional fees! Thank you again hope that you see this!

Can’t say enough things about Tai, the Mercedes and Turo! I’ll NEVER rent from a big company like Enterprise or Hertz again! I got this Mercedes $20 less a day than a cheap Honda through the other big guys! The Mercedes was clean, good on gas and had really cool features like heated and cooled seats AND it pretty much drove itself with its Disctronic drive system! SUPER cool! One thing that slightly irritated me was pairing my phone for Bluetooth. Not their fault though! Mercedes infotainment is confusing. Tai made it super easy for pick up and drop off! Would Definately rent again from them! RENT NOW!!!

Jay is extremely easy to work with and the car was very dependable. I showed up a bit early and the car was available immediately. Jaw was understanding when i noted a few discrepancies and was flexible in dealing with them. He was also very flexible when i had to end my rental early due to poor weather. Overall wonderful experience. Next time i rent in Portland, I’ll rent from Jay again.
