Prodan is nice and very friendly.The car was in great condition,and ran like a champ.Interior very clean,and still had the brand new car smell inside. Air conditioning and heater was very smooth. Interior and trunk space very spacious.Radio and speaker and media control center looks great and works well with all the bells and whistles as far as apple play,bluetooth,along with all the ports etc. Thanks for the car experience Prodan,and of course I would rent from Prodan again.
Got off to a bumpy start but the owner was absolutely AMAZING and more than made up for the minor inconvenience. They are my new GO TO car rental spot on Turo. Thanks for all your help!!
This was my first experience using Turo. I rented a Hyundai Ioniq 2019 with unlimited miles for a trip to Vegas— I’m glad I rented from a great host like Thomas. He was in touch with me prior to dropping off the car and was very responsive to all of my concerns. He has a large selection of cars to choose from, so next time I need to rent a car, I definitely plan on going through Thomas again —simply for how friendly he is and how smoothly the entire process went.

She was super flexible and accommodating. The first car I had booked with her had a cigarette smell and it was not her fault at all as the passenger who had rented the car previously had messed up. She was transparent about it gave me another car. I had to extend my trip and she was flexible with that too. I would highly recommend renting her cars. I’m planning to rent another car from her for my upcoming trip.

Working with Gabriel was fantastic. Initially, it was anticipated I would have his Crown Victoria for three days, but that got cut short. He was always responsive and flexible in helping out. The car, while a bit beat up, is perfect for cheap transport in the greater LA area because you dont need to worry as much. It was clean and reliable as the day is long and only needed a couple minor items which were mentioned and quickly responded to. Would highly recommend and will definately rent again

I dubbed this little Kia the “white rabbit” during our 5 months together. I needed a commuter car for my time working in town and this was a great, no frills vehicle to get me from point A to point B. Gabriel and his wife were incredibly responsive. When I had an issue with the breaks, Gabriel came out to my neighborhood to replace the break pads himself and I was all set within an hour! The car is a little beat up and runs loud, but honestly is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for a solid, affordable option. I loved never worrying about where I parked! I would definitely rent from Gabriel again.

Very conveniently located, right next to a car wash, gas station(accepts only debit/cash) and Starbucks. Quick responses to questions and very understanding. Easy check in, check out process. Would definitely rent from them again. I think Turo needs to log into its insurance cost though, pretty expensive compared to what i would normally pay in CA.

Roger was a great host! Great car, great gas mileage. We did get a flat tire on our trip however, Roger was quick to reply and we had the issue resolved in a timely manner. My girlfriend and I will definitely book again with Roger when we are back in this area.

My experience was great ! I had it delivered to my house and picked up from my house! Herbert was so nice & communication and help was awesome ! Car was great I used it to do errands and getting my kids to and from school. No problems at all. wewe're off to a rough start due to personal reasons but we came into communication and had a great trip overall she also made up for the Lost Time overall a great host
