I hope you have a great trip and enjoy Florida! Renting a vehicle through the TURO App is always cheaper and affordable. Check the prices of car rental companies at the airport to make sure you are getting a good deal! In order for us to better serve you, send us information about your flight and arrival time. If you have any questions, send us a message through the TURO app and we will respond as soon as possible! PICK UP / DROP OFF Deliveries to Orlando Airport (MCO) will be made in the sidewalk departing. When you land, send us a message. After removing the luggage, send us another message informing us from the terminal (A, B or C of the MCO Airport) that you want to take the car. We will arrive in a maximum of 15 minutes. PICK UP / DROP OFF AT THE AIRPORT GARAGE PARK ATTENTION: Pick-up and return at the curb will take place only from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If your flight arrives outside these hours or is delayed, the car will be left in the airport parking lot (garage). In this pick up / drop off mode, the customer will have to pay the parking fee of $ 19.00 per day. When we leave the car for you, we will text you the exact location of the car and where the key will be. When you leave the car for me, send me the same coordinates as well. PICK UP / DROP OFF IN MY OFFICE If you choose to pick up and return the car at my office, there will be no fees. My address is 7127 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32809, Orlando. We are 7 miles from Orlando airport. CAR USE ONLY IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA Attention! The car cannot leave the State of Florida. SUNPASS SERVICE How do tolls work? There is a toll transponder in the car. Use it by simply taking an FL toll road and taking the SunPass / EZ-Pass lanes. Just take the toll roads. You will get a discount on published rates and save time, especially during peak hours. DO NOT bring your own toll transponder, do not pay in coins or cash, as there will be double charges. You can use SUNPASS for the entire trip. The amounts will be charged within 20 days upon request for refund by the TURO application. RUNNING EARLY / AFTERNOON? If you want to pick up your car in advance and if the car is available, just request an earlier pickup time in the app. If you are late in your return, be sure to request an extension in the app. Turo requires an active rental to ensure your insurance is valid. Keeping the vehicle out of an active lease may result in a fine, as well as personal liability for any damage to the vehicle. Please, the car must be returned clean and without garbage. If the car is returned very dirty, you will have to pay cleaning costs that can reach $ 50.00. Please don't smoke in the car. You will have to pay cleaning costs that can reach $ 500.00. Carlos seams to be a good man. However he doesn't focus on he's business in the right way in my opinion. I rented the car to be dropped off at the Orlando airport and I arrived at 0200 (2:00am). This was the first time renting from Turo. When I got to the car you're supposed to take pictures of the vehicle and all the scratches, dings, dents. I took 37 pictures in all. Then I look at the insurance and it was current, the license plate was current, however the registration was not current. I told Carlos about it right away but it was Sunday and he couldn't do anything about it at that time and I spent 1 hour on the phone with Turo. I had to take the car because I need to be somewhere important at 0800 (8:00am). So I had no choice not to talk the car. The car was clean. However the trunk had a stain on it. The something was wrong with the car. I you go slow getting up to the speed you need the car would hesitate at 25 mph, 35 mph, and 45 mph. I took it to auto zone to have the scanner put on it and it said Evap system leak. It felt also the transmission was slipping. I just had to deal with it. The windshield wipers sucked and it rained alot and need new ones. I have seen in the past the owner say "for the price I gave you what do you expect" (paraphrasing). Will for me even if it is a cheap price I expect the car to work properly. At the end of my trip I paid $40 for detail shop to make sure the car was clean because I noticed that the owner would always try to complain about that this. And it's the owner would have had his paperwork proper I would never bother them at 2 a.m. Honestly I would never bother him the whole trip. I had to keep texting him and asking him for the current registration he gave it to me one day before I left I rented the car for 5 days total. Theirs also a crack in the windshield from previous drivers. In my opinion I think this car needs to go to the dealer to let the owner know exactly all this going on he doesn't the owner does not have to fix it at the dealer but at least you'll know everything that is going on with the car and get everything current and buttoned up before renting it to another customer I don't think that this car should be allowed on the road until everything is fixed properly.
