John was awesome! This was our first experience with Touro and we couldn’t be more pleased. We will not go back to traditional car rental companies. John made everything easy and smooth and even met us to show us how to drive this car! He was readily available for any questions we had, it was and awesome experience!

Great car, easy trip down to Tucson. Comfortable for the drive, several charging options in Tucson and Supercharging in Casa Grande on the way back. Nice having a quiet car for the slow National Park loops. Cody shared lots of FAQs, made everything very smooth and responded to questions quickly. Cody sent timely instructions for the return. The whole process was definitely better & faster than the regular rental cars from PHX. I was impressed with how efficient everything was.

First time on Turo. I was a little skeptical of the process, but I have to say our experience was great. The BMW was really nice, very comfortable, and fun to drive. The process was so easy. Way easier than renting from the big car rental agencies. The car was already at the airport parking lot when we arrived. Just got in and started our vacation. I will definitely be looking to rent this car (or any car that MJ might have) next time we come to the Phoenix area.

I rented this car for a number of meetings I had while staying in Phoenix. Coordinating the pickup was super easy - I spoke with Amit’s brother, a super personable guy. We talked about cars at length, among other things. He’s a true “car guy.” Pickup was incredibly smooth - I met Amit and a friend of his at a mall near the Phoenix area, and he showed me the particulars associated with the 488. He was on time, and was very down to earth. The 488 was very smooth - the pictures you see online are highly accurate. It has an exhaust as well, which makes the car sound a lot nicer when driving it. The car attracts a lot of attention, albeit very positive attention. Whether it’s at gas stations or at restaurants, people ask what you do and kids want to take pictures with the car. Drop-off was seamless as well. Amit’s brother was early at the airport, and the drop off process took under 5 minutes. If you’re especially doing business/sales work in the Phoenix area, I’d very highly recommend renting this vehicle. Overall, I can’t recommend this vehicle more highly - we rent vehicles all the time, and this was by far the best experience that we’ve ever had by a long shot.

Shelley was an amazing host! This was our very 1st time using Turo. My parents and sister had used the platform before so we thought we would give it a try. We booked our car with Shelley at the last minute and she had the very best pricing. For this trip we rented a house in Scottsdale and were flying in from Washington State so we needed to pick up a car at the airport. We choose the delivery option for pickup at the airport. Let me tell you how convenient this is!!! Last time we came to AZ we rented a car from Hertz. We had to take 15-20 min shuttle from the airport to the rental car lot and from there had to check in which was another 10-15 minute process. Shelley met us at the terminal with the car ready to go! From the time we picked up our bags to when we met Shelley was probably all of 5 minutes. The only trouble we had was figuring out how to get to the parking lot, which was super easy in hindsight. When Shelley met us the car was fully charged and ready for us. She gave us the tour and provided much needed information for how to operate the car. Shelley provided 5-STAR service. The car was spotless, looked beautiful with the blue paint job, interior was clean, no smells. She even had two fresh bottles of water and a special Easter gift for us in the car. Well above and beyond for what we expected. She even helped us out with special requests and provided exactly what we needed. She was always available through the app and responded immediately when we had questions! We truly had a great 1st time Turo experience with Shelley. I did want to talk about the car as well. This was also our 1st experience with an all-electric car and I am glad it was the BMW I3. We have a BMW X5 at home so we knew the basics with BMW as far as navigating the multimedia head unit. Before our trip, I watched several youtube videos on the BMW I3 so I could get an idea of what to expect. From these videos I gathered that the range of the vehicle was about 120 miles on a full charge, we knew that we wouldn’t be going that far in one single day so we had no issues with the range. Our furthest trip was from Scottsdale to Gilbert Top Golf, then to Gila River Casino and then back to Scottsdale which was mostly freeway driving. This matters because if you do in town driving there is what is called regenerative braking. In stop and go, you actually charge the battery as you drive so you get more mileage. On the freeway its pretty much go full time. By the end of our night from Scottsdale to Gilbert, to Chandler, and back to Scottsdale we still had 73 miles on eco + which is the middle driving level. It goes comfort (uses most battery power), eco+ (middle level of battery power, 75 mph limit), eco pro (least amount of battery power, 55mph limit and no AC). It was so hot for most of our trip that we could not use the eco pro mode. It still didn’t matter as we never got below 50 miles left on battery. Every night and when we were at the house we charged the battery with the 120v charger that was provided (10-12 hours for full charge). We were staying at an AirBnB so we had this option. If you are not able to charge it every night you probably need to do more planning to make sure you can stop at charging stations. I will add that I did try and find some charging stations. Most charging stations have the plug for the BMW on the level 2 charge, however for the DC fast charging you have to make sure to find a station with a Combo plug I believe its called. One station we pulled up to at a FRY’s was a DC fast charging and the plug did not fit the car. How about capacity for the vehicle? Again, I watched a you tube video about how much you could fit in one of these and it didn’t disappoint. I was able to fit (4) grown adults and (3) sets of golf clubs, COMFORTABLY! We pulled the longer clubs out of the bag and put them in the middle of the two passengers in the back seat and the (3) bags were able to fit in the back. We probably could have put the a (4) bag on the laps of the two back seat passengers if we needed to. From the airport we fit (1) golf bag, (2) large suitcases, (1) pack and play crib, (1) large back pack and it was me, my wife, and our two year old son in the back seat. All-in-all it was a great experience and when we come back to AZ again we will most certainly be renting from Shelley again.

My first Turo rental and it won’t be the last! Curbside pickup and drop off were a breeze and Madison and her co-host take this very seriously because it’s their livelihood. Super clean car and fun to drive. PHX car rental shortage is insane and this was better than a regular car rental anyway! Keep up the good work Madison. If my kid ends up going to college in PHX, we will defiantly rent from you again.

My experience with the car rental was excellent. Liz is a very honest and in integrity. I picked up the car late at night, so I was unable to see if there were any scratches or dents, Although, I purchased full coverage which would allow me to walk away from the car if anything should have happened while I was renting the car. Fast forward to daylight and car return. I found dents and scratches on the car, and discussed with Liz, although I was not sure and thankful for the full coverage insurance, Liz assured me that it was NOT my fault to my relief. The car drove great, and Liz was excellent in all my dealings with her. I would 💯 recommend renting through her.

This was our first time using Turo; Tyler made it a breeze! Our flight arrived early on Sunday morning and he came and picked us up early at the airport. The car was clean, full of gas, and ran well. We had a great trip going up to Page, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, and Sedona - the car handled the trip and all the elevation great! Turo was faster, cheaper, and a better overall experience than a rental car, we'll definitely be using Turo on our next trip. Tyler is a Pro and we highly recommend renting with Tyler!

As a first time Turo renter, I was pretty nervous and unsure about the whole thing. Shane made the process extremely easy from pick up to drop off, with very clear instructions. The Elantra served me well during my Phoenix trip, car drove just fine and interior was clean! Shane also helped me in a pinch when I needed a last minute extension. Appreciate it a ton! Looking forward to renting from Shane again next time I’m in town!

First time using Turo. I was very apprehensive about the process, reliability of the host, etc. Depeka was an amazing host and made this experience first class. Not only did she meet us at the airport on time, she was right outside of the baggage claim door. I had mentioned that I was taking my family to Arizona on a spring break trip with our two little daughters. She had two bottles of water, Kleenex, hand sanitizer and two bags of chocolates for our little girls. Our girls were so excited about her acts of thoughtfulness. Depeka went above and beyond and we are very thankful for her help with our trip. Her car was incredibly clean, maintained well and definitely above anything you could rent at typical car rental agency. The car is responsive, safe and luxurious. Because of this experience, I am more likely to try Turo again. We will always use Depeka when we visit Arizona in the future.

My friend and I traveled to AZ - we are under 25 which doesn’t allow us to rent a car elsewhere. We needed a car and heard about the app from a friend so we decided to use Turo for the first time. Liah was so great to work with! They asked for our flight number to be sure to arrive on time (and were there early!) and picked us up at the gate. Our return flight was cancelled so and we were able to easily extend our car later than originally planned and picked it up at our hotel so we weren't stuck at the airport. Great service, fast and easy communication. It made us never want to go through a car rental service ever again!

I could not say enough good about this experience. The car was impeccably cleaned prior to picking it up. The car was super conveniently located just outside the elevator lobby as promised. My flight was delayed and Steve was very accommodating in allowing me to extend my rental by a day. It’s not just the car, but the owner - this experience was 1000% better than any commercial car rental experience I’ve ever had. I could not recommend this service by Steve any more highly. Great convertible to soak in the Arizona sun! Drove family of 4 between Phoenix, Grand Canyon down to Tucson and back over 10 days without any major hitches. Smooth pick up and drop off at Turo lot near PHX. If you are wondering was able to stuff a full size camping back pack in addition to 2 small to medium size carry on suitcases in the trunk with room to spare. Add in fair pricing, turn of the century driving nostalgia and great quick-to-respond hosts made this a great experience. Would rent this car from Brittany again.

Devin was a pleasure to deal with. We got lost looking for the correct terminal- he came to find us and walked us to his car. The car drove like a dream. It rode so smooth and has great features. It also had amazing acceleration which helped greatly dealing with the drivers around Phoenix that I am not use to.

Look no further! I highly recommend this amazing brand new Camry from Reign. This car has all the technology and the perfect color combo with shiny black exterior and the awesome red leather interior This looks and drives like an expensive luxury car. It was absolutely spotless on delivery and even had that new car fresh smell. Loved it. This may be the best deal on Turo, and Reign is one of the best I’ve dealt with. I needed some special accommodation on pickup and delivery and they handled it like pros with no problem at all. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and the next time I’m in Phoenix I will definitely be reaching out to Reign.

Ken might just be the best Turo host in the Phoenix area. Awesome guy, with a nice selection of cars. The Lexus is everything you’d expect it to be. If you’re looking for a luxury sedan or simply to test drive a newer ES350, look no further.

We had a great trip! Zach made picking up the car and returning it very easy. The outdoor Pre-Flight Parking was a 5 min free shuttle ride from the airport that added minimal time to the total airport process -- less than a traditional rental car for sure! The Kia Forte worked great for us and was enough for two tall people with full sized suitcases and backpacks to travel for 4 days very comfortably. Make sure to bring a USB-based charging cable with you. It makes connecting your phone to audio system to play your own music very easy. Would book again. Thanks Zach!

This was my first time using the service. There were some things that i was unsure of but Ken was patient and explained the things i needed. I think there were automated message set to send at certain times. I ended the trip early and didn't recurve some messages until after i was on my flight so that could have been better but Ken had know way to know i was leaving early when he scheduled the messages. If i had left on time the messages would have been right on time! 👌🏾 so that 100% on me and they are things I'll know for next time. Overall, this was a great experience, the car looked and ran great. There was even a car charger there for us to use and plenty of trunk space for our shopping. I'm definitely a new believer and will never rent a car the old way again. My daughter just committed to ASU so we'll be back frequently and i hope to use the same service each time! 💜

This car was everything! Drives nice, very clean & I love the inside dash. Also good on gas. The owner even provides a pass to get the car wash for free before you return it. Sam was friendly and welcoming in the messages before the pick up. If I ever come back to AZ. I would definitely look to rent a car from Sam again!

Easy, short trip from the airport to the parking lot to pick up the car - much faster than renting a car through rental companies. The car was clean and worked well. Coming from cold weather, I especially enjoyed driving with the roof down. Alex was easy to communicate with. I’d rent this car or through Alex again.

MJ’s Mini Cooper was clean at pickup and the process was made easy. I was uneasy about using a new process through Turo, but MJ made it even easier than getting a rental car. MJ was a good communicator. Highly recommend using one of MJ’s cars if you are in Phoenix or the area!

Brian is a terrific host. Met us at the airport and had a convenient spot to walk me through how to drive the car and then return it. The Tesla is older but is in good condition and drives great. Very fun rental. Need to be near a supercharger if you are using frequently and can't recharge in a garage over night. I did lock myself out of the car (you shouldn't be able to do that); I called Brian and he got right back to me and opened the car with his app. Highly recommend.

Was my 1st time using Turo and dealing with Abdul couldn’t have been better. He was communicative and responsive to all questions and requests. Michael made it so easy to rent the car. It was in great shape, very clean and extremely fuel efficient. I found the seat covers a little annoying as they kind of slid all around and bunched up, but that is strictly personal and doesn’t take anything away from the five star review and service Michael provided. Pick up and drop off were so easy. I’ll definitely use Michael’s Turo rental again when in the area.

Outstanding service, I rented the Abarth for 4 days and it was a pleasant surprise. Fun car to drive! good mpg would highly recommend for a few day trip or around town.
