Trip #2 in this great lexus and my 3rd overall trip with Charles. All have exceeded expectations. So much easier than the rental car disaster at Sky harbor!

Everything went well except my SIM card went out on my phone and I initially was unable to unlock the car door through the Turo app. Fortunately I was able to get ahold of Charles and he unlocked the car remotely.
