This sedan was built for speed and handling. Its frame is constructed out of a mix of lightweight high-strength steel, aluminum, and magnesium to make accelerating easier. Both the front and rear suspensions are also made out of multi-link aluminum. Their design assists with handling. Up front there’s a double-wishbone front suspension while the back has an integral-V rear suspension. For further handling and control, there’s twin-tube gas-pressure shock absorbers, as well as both Servotronic and electric power-steering. Performance and speed and are also aided by the dimensions and weight of the BMW 530i. At 73 inches wide, it has agile handling. The 3,746-pound curb weight and 51.5/48.5 front/rear weight distribution allow it to accelerate quickly and with less drag.

Outstanding host/vehicle owner, Elena! And an extremely clean, sharp and sporty BMW 530 Sport that’s both sporty and capable, but smooth as glass on the highway. A nice substitute in AZ for my M5 while away from home!!
