PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU TEXT ME! 1. Yes the car is available to rent if you put in your dates and times you want the car and it shows available. It will tell you if the car is not available with your desired pick up and drop off times. 2. Yes I can deliver the car to the airport or your location for a fee which will show you in the delivery section when you follow the booking steps. 3. In order to see what the total price will be please follow the check out process with your dates and times picked up. I can’t see all the turo fees that are charged so please don’t ask what the total cost will be. 4. Any other questions are great! You will receive the car super clean and sanitized. All I ask is that you return the car in the same condition as you received it. 99% of renters wash it and vacuum it out before returning it and I highly recommend that to avoid any cleaning fees just to be safe. If I have to end up washing the car inside and out after your trip then all I ask is you reimburse me for it. If you run out of time to wash it before returning the car I totally understand. What a fun car! Alex made it really easy and was very specific on the process. The car was perfect and was fun to drive especially in sunny AZ. We will definitely be back and will rent from Alex again.

This whole transaction did not go well. The first car we reserved with him was sold so we settled on another of his cars. That was fine, but the car we picked up was driven less than a quarter of a mile when it smelled hot and started smoking from under the hood. We drove to the nearest parking lot and contacted the host. The host offered the resolution of us renting his only other vehicle at almost double the cost. No way was I paying more when this wasn't my issue. Ended up having to cancel the trip and it cost us a total of 4. 5 hours before we were in another car and on our way. I am still trying to get the $65 back that I was charged for the single day rental. At least we hadn't made it to the freeway yet. I have also been asked multiple times by the host to leave him a 5 star review. SMH

Debbie again I am so sorry about this. You definitely got the worst experience of any of my renters by far. Unfortunately their was a bad oil leak in the Bmw that happened out of nowhere but it’s all fixed now and ready to go. I hope you can trust me to take care of you on your next trip. Again I apologize about all the headache and stress. Definitely not how rentals typically go with me and my clients.

Alex was very responsive and also did a great job preparing the car for me when I arrived to Phoenix. I had a few errors when booking the car on Turo and Alex instructed me in a timely matter on how to adjust everything. Great experience and would definitely rent a car from him again since the guy has a whole entire dealership/fleet 😂😂
