Terms of Usage & Fees 🚭 Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the vehicle. A $250.00 fee will apply for violators and it will be reported to Turo (no exceptions). 🕙 Please be on time. If you are enjoying the vehicle and would like to modify the duration of your trip please let us know in a timely manner and we will work diligently to accommodate your request before your trip ends. ⛽ Please return vehicle with the same amount of gas that was given (unless you take advantage of the prepaid fuel option). 🐶 We are animal lovers but we kindly ask that your furry friends and family members remain at home, please no pets. 🫧 Please respect our vehicle and the next guest and keep the vehicle clean. Fees will apply for excessively unclean returns. ☢️ We care about the safety of our guests and the safety of others. • Will the car be disinfected prior to my trip?

  Absolutely! The car will be disinfected as per Turo's guidelines.

• Do I need to wash the car upon return?

  When returning, the car must be clean enough to show that no damage is present. We ask that you remove all trash and debris.

• Can I have someone else pickup the car if I'm unavailable.

  The only person that can pickup the car is the primary driver.

• How can I receive a 5 star rating as a guest?

  You may receive a 5 star rating as a guest by: 1) returning the car on time 2) returning car in the same condition received 3) No smoking 4) Return gas at same level received 5) Overall good communication
