Guidelines **🚭NO SMOKING $250.00 FEE🚭 **⛽Takes PREMIUM GAS ONLY⛽ Binding agreement✅ You agree to the following by booking: • You agree that you are personally responsible up to $3,500 out of pocket, to cover ANY damages caused during your trip. If damage is less than deductible, you also agree to pay us directly and immediately for those damages; no later than 24 hours from the trips end time. • You agree to provide a copy of your drivers license, and a CLEAR photo of yourself holding your license besides your face for identity confirmation. • You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts; including negative reporting to your credit file if you fail to pay your responsibilities. •The speed, battery, and other details about the car are monitored remotely. Attempting to disable remote monitoring will be reported to Turo who will take, in its sole discretion, appropriate actions, including, but not limited to, account suspension, law enforcement referral, and charging the traveler an administrative fee •At no point should you allow the battery to fall below 10% or 30 miles especially left low overnight. This will result in a $100 careless negligence fee •You agree to IMMEDIATELY FILE A POLICE REPORT in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy reporting all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. •You agree that you are responsible for curb rash applied to the vehicles' wheels in between the check-in and check-out times of renting. Curb rash under 3"inches will result in a fee of $250, and over 3"inches will result in a fee of a full replacement of the wheel. •You agree to bring the vehicle back at the tank level it was received in. Failure to do so will result in a Fee of $60 •You agree that if you do any burn-outs, you will be fully responsible for the replacement of rear tires. •You agree that if you pop a tire, you will reimburse the damage by paying double the cost of a brand new tire, replacing the one that has been damaged while the vehicle was booked. •You agree that there will be absolutely no off-road riding in the vehicle. Do I need to charge the car?
Similar to returning a gas car with gas at the same level, the charge for the electric car will have to be returned at the same level. If you do not have access to charging at a 240V outlet we highly recomment pre-purchasing the charging package to avoid being charged back at the end of the trip, as this helps us plan and make accomodations if we know ahead of time that the car will be returned with only 50 miles of range left. Is your only using the car and are able to put gas in the car put gas in the car you don’t need to charge it It must be premium gas. Again premium gas Less SPORTS MODE CHARGES IT
Does the car need to be washed?
ABSOLUTELY NOT, This may be a rare exception on Turo, but since the car has a special ceramic coating and cannot be washed through a regular car washes. Please just clean the interior of the car and return the car with exterior as is after your trip to avoid any charges for damaging the coating.

My first experience with Turo was the worst experience I've ever had! I rented this vehicle for my daughter's senior prom because from the photos of the listing, the car looked great until 5 mins before I was going to meet with the host to pick up the vehicle she sent me photos and at that moment from the photos she sent I didn't want to rent the vehicle any longer especially not for my daughter's prom. The vehicle looked nothing like the photos on the listing, and it was even worse in person. The car is wrapped, and the vehicle has sun or dried water marks all over it like where it looks like peeled paint just very bad wear. The interior had seams coming out of the seats with black marks on the seats and the ceiling and visors of the vehicle. The vehicle had a bad stench and had either dog or cat hair all over the back seat. Service lights on the dashboard were on and upon coming to a stop the brakes sound like those on a bus. To top it off I reached out to the host to let them know I wasn't satisfied with the vehicle and that I was returning it and requesting a refund and at the time they understood and even said they know they have to get work done to the vehicle and have it re wrapped. I called the host on my way back to return the vehicle and I didn't get an answer . I got to the drop off location and was on location for 2 hrs still to no answer or response from the host. I called Turo who they were Also not answering the phone for. So, I had to leave the keys in the glove box at the drop off location because the host wouldn't answer my phone calls after I just spoke with them know I was returning the vehicle. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! O and btw after all that I had to end up taking my daughter to her senior prom in my own personal vehicle because after this whole debacle it was to late for me to rent a car from anywhere else.

We feel bad for the guy, his first car was a Bentley with Another Host & they cancelled the day of his daughters prom. Of course we heard the story an wanted to help. We agreed on short notice. All pics are loaded on Turo, he just didn’t look & he walked around car & still took it right🤨. Only service light was for brakes just installed. It can use a new wrap job for sure. Also we are the most transparent we don’t ever mislead anyone. From his call to when we got the car was 15mins. People cmon
