In the glove compartment a copy of the Turo insurance policy is available along with the car registration.
What vehicle does the car takes?
The vehicle takes regular gas or the number 87 at the pump.
Are animals, especially dogs are allowed in the vehicle?
Unfortunately, no pets, dogs or other animals are allowed inside the vehicle.

One of the best acts of customer service I've ever experienced. Was confused about the pickup location and the garages at the airport, but he walked me through it flawlessly. He even left a nice little gift in the car for me and my friend. The car runs and smells great and was cleaned to perfection. There are lots of amazing features to help drivers who are new to driving in America. Most definitely booking with him again.
