First time using Turo and the experience was great! A lot cheaper than Hertz or other popular car rental places. The process of picking the vehicle up at the airport when I land was great and easy. The car looked great and was a very smooth ride. Returning the car back at the airport garage was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone visiting Portland.

Rental experience was great. Would rent again for ease of access, accommodation, and cleanliness. This particular vehicle has enhanced autopilot and made long distance driving very easy. Jeff has a rental car and lodging package so take advantage of this package for an easy Portland stay.
I had an awesome experience renting a car from Huajie! He made pickup/drop off super easy and convenient and also contact-less, for a very covid safe experience. I was new to turo and rental car process, and Huajie was there to answer all of my questions/hiccups I faced with a super fast response time. Also, the car was a blast to drive! Lux Rental was an amazing choice. I was going to visit family for my few days off from work and wanted to drive something a little more stylish then my current car. I rented the Mercedes E-Class and it was definitely a great experience. The car was well taken care of and made for a great trip!
I drive a Ford Explorer so when renting this car, it was difficult to adjust to low views and seat adjustments; never could find the sweet spot. The customer service is what will bring me back to rent again. The fellas at the dealership were more than accommodating. The car is very nice but you can tell that previous drivers may not have followed some the Turo's rules. Smelled a bit like smoke, covered up, to the the best the dealer's ability, and a speaker is blown behind the passenger seat. It was a challenge to get Apple Carplay going but after watching a YouTube video, I was good to go. Super flashy and received a lot of compliments. With the great customer service and large selection of vehicles to chose from, these guys are who you want to work with!
Easy 5 stars - pickup & return was seamless, the car ran amazing, and Joey was very friendly & communicative throughout. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Portland area!

Top notch vehicle. I enjoyed every minute of my rental. For a 2018 Model 3, it is in better than mint condition. I'm buying a Model 3 myself in short order, and this rental was an excellent opportunity to test all of my newly installed support equipment. If I need a rental in the future, I know exactly where to look.

What a great experience! Yiran was a pleasure to do business with. For a guy who drives big trucks and SUV's, this car was a fun new experience while on vacation. The car was in perfect shape. Next time my husband or I find ourselves in Portland, we'll for sure rent from Yiran again.

This is not a new car. It lacks the amenities we have all gotten used to such as USB ports and backup camera. It is a great car, though. It driver amazing and has great room for a family. The guys renting were so fantastic too. Can’t beat this Audi.

Perfect host. Fast communication, completely seamless rental experience. The car itself is gorgeous and well-equipped. Very easy to get around Portland’s tight corners and sharp, winding hills in this! Navigation screen is easily one of the best I’ve seen thanks to a digital dashboard display where the map can be optionally set to take up most of the screen, placed in front of you right where you need it.

Great folks to work with. Picked me up at 1130pm and dropped me off after I returned rental free of charge ( gave 5 dollars tip each time out of courtesy). Car was amazing and for same price you get a toyota corolla on any of the major competitors like hertz and national. Would you like to roll around in a corolla or mercedes? The choice is yours. The car was better than I imagined. We had a small hickup but Yikui responded and handled it right away.
Fun car to drive. Has a couple cosmetic issues (rims scratched up for example) and the volume button isn’t accessible except on the steering wheel but decent value for the price.

A little shaky on the start in terms of how this specific car rental company works and how they conduct their services but I would 100% do business with these guys again. The model 3 was everything I could have imagined and more.

Really enjoyed my experiences with Lux Rental -- these guys know their cars and are on point with their operation. Tai, Dave and Boa are all friendly and helpful. The location is close to PDX and makes for easy pick up and drop off. The GT350 has an amazing engine and the exhaust note is one of the best out there. If you are a driving enthusiast, get behind the wheel of a Shelby GT350.

I rented Adam’s 2013 Model S to see how these cars age. The answer was VERY well. The car is in very good shape and even though it is 6 years older than my car back home, it still felt like I was driving the future. It’s not the technically the performance version but it was still faster than my GTO. I even did a long trip to southern Oregon and it handled it well. Just make sure you have enough juice (above 85%) between Springfield and Grants Pass superchargers. Adam was very accommodating and easy to work with. The car got scratched on the front while parked in east portland and he was very reasonable on remediation. Highly recommend!

Tung takes great pride with his cars. I could tell this car wasn’t just taken to a car wash before I picked it up. There no way that it could have been cleaner. He even put hand sanitizer in it. We also need to extend our trip a few days more & he could not have been more accommodating. I would not hesitate to use him again! Thank you Tung!

Hey You! You're coming to Portland and you want to rent a car. That's why I'm guessing you're in turo, but what you didn't know is that this lady named Traci lives here and let's you drive her BMW 1 series, inline 6 twin turbo around PDX. She was accommodating, cool and full of suggestions when I asked. I don't think I could have asked for a better host or car to rent. So hit that rent button because you won't be disappointed.
Smooth as silk. Car was ready for pick up on my arrival at PDX. Only hiccup was Robert forgot to leave the key, but it was delivered in short order once we informed him. Left car at short term parking upon return. Easier than car rental company... no lines, no paperwork!
