I chose to rent Haider’s V8, Dodge Challenger because my super safe C230 was deemed “Totaled” after all airbags deployed and its steel frame took the impact allowing me to walk away without even a scratch while the car that ran a red light just keep driving. It was NORMAL to rent a safe protective car while searching for a new ‘used’ car to buy. Any girl who has had her oil changed or anything having to include Cars, Girls and Guys will know EXACTLY what I mean because 95% of the time, guy mechanics or guy cashiers at AutoZone will either dummy-down to a “girl’s level,” or lie to us because they figure we don’t know anything anyway or they’ll be totally disrespectful and minimize at talk at all because they figure “What’s the point?” NOTHING HAPPENED LIKE THIS TO ME...NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT....NOT EVEN ONE HEAVY SIGH OR EYE-ROLLING!!! Haider was AMAZING!!? He talked to me with respect, looking into my eyes and nowhere else and never once made me feel like a question I asked was stupid or beneath him. What a breath of fresh air!! If you need a rental and expect it to perform the way the write-up describes and want the car to look as good as it does online... then rent from Haider because you will get not only great cars but the best customer service from someone who genuinely cares about us and our experience. Computers, robots or even virtual reality will ever replace the experience of a person’s kind heart and goodwill. ID MOST DEFINITELY RENT FRIM HIM AGAIN!!!!)

Would rate higher if I could. I needed to extend my trip to an earlier date and change the pickup location. Fully prepared for the worst was always replied to with “Sure, no problem”. Car was perfect, clearly very well taken care of, and thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Can not recommend JJ enough. Has plenty of options for cars and he made the trip extremely enjoyable. Can’t wait to rent again.

This car was everything I needed for my trip to LA. It was fuel efficient and compact but I didn’t feel crammed (I’m a large lady and am typically an SUV gal). Car ran fine and was clean. Would definitely rent again if I come back!

Rented this car for my son’s 5th Birthday (Covid style). Mustangs are his favorite so we cruised around for a bit with his sister listening to rock and their joy and laughter. Great car and we’ll definitively do it again
Car was awesome! It Was clean and well maintained, looked great and drove great! Sounded awesome! Vick was easy to work with and easy to communicate with. The roof was easy to take on and off and could still fit a couple small bags for the weekend. Would definitely rent from Vick again!

The host was easy to talk to. Unfortunately the guest who used the car before me ruined my experience. I needed this car to get to my friends 30th birthday party since my car broke down last minute. It was easy to rent and open remotely.. but the car was dirty and when in the car it smelled like a weed shop. And that was unfortunate but I needed the car and already reserved it. The owner was understanding but told me to roll the windows down .. (it was raining)! I did wash the car at a car wash and they did a smoke smell flush with different deodorizers.. and the host forgave the extra 20 miles I drove .. not my best experience but the car was very nice ... but parking it back was tough I just got lucky on her block ..
Vick’s Dodge Charger is one of the best car I’ve driven on this app so far. It is a head turner for sure. Vick’s customer service skills and communication was top notch. He made pick up very easy and brief and was also very flexible with the return time. All in all it was a great experience and I look forward to renting with Vick again. I highly recommend him to others as well.

Firstly the professional service needs to be shouted out! Haider is great and accommodating! The challenger Scat Pack is exactly the description- a BEAST! When you slide into sport mode, the rumble will let other cars know your coming. This car gets it! Great handling and fast acceleration, will grab everyone arounds attention! The pics don’t do justice to how it looks in person. If you want to treat yourself to an exotic/super/muscle car, look no further. The only downside is returning the car! Thanks again Haider you really made our stay in LA on another level. Thanks again!

First time using Turo, I do not have confidence on how good the experience will be especially when I had to choose the car with the host that has no reviews. At the time, I have to gamble and try it out. I first reserved the car for the BMW from Jessica and texted her the following morning to confirm. She told me as soon as possible that the car is not available and work on swapping the car from BMW 5 series to Mercedes CLA AMG. The whole process is nerve racking but Jessica has been putting a lot of effort into it to make it happen with Turo customer service. She is really responsible for what she does and make herself flexible when I decided to return the car earlier than the check out date and time. The car is well maintained, nice and clean. As a first time user, I would recommend everyone to rent a car from her. Her response time on questions really fast and also send me a quick reminder on the important things to do. Thank you Jessica.
