Everything about the host was great. He was responsive overall. The car was in good shape and any pre-existing, small scratches were recorded. The lot where the car is kept is fine but since we had to arrive later in the day, there was a lot of stuff going on at that time at drop-off. We felt like we had to stay inside the car until it blew over. Aside from that, the car was clean and everything related to the trip was cool. I'd just suggest that the host get a rubber buffer to add to the key lock container because the metal is scratching the window that it is hanging from.
