I wanna take a moment to truly highlight and shout out Donnie, because, being the first time I rented from him, Donnie is EXTREMELY responsive, accomodating, professional and accessible! I rented his 2016 Kia Forte and the car was VERY neat, convenient to access (as well as communicative when reaching the car), the car quality was very neat and efficient and the experience was extremely pleasant.
I'd also like to shout Donnie out because when my flight was delayed by a day, Donnie still worked with me throughout the process to make sure I wasn't stranded and still had access to the car for an additional day!
As someone who rents from Turo often, if you need anyone, at least in the Palm Springs area, I couldn't vouch for anyone higher! Absolutely a pleasant experience through and through.

This was my first time renting through Turo. It couldn't have been a better experience! It was seamless, the communication was great, (I had many questions since it was my first rental, and he was so patient) the car was really nice. I would not hesitate to rent this car again.
