2021 pearl white accent. Back up camera. USB charging port by radio. Pulse braking system. Trunk space is very large. Good for local trips or long. Car has a spare tire in trunk. If O’Hare airport is chosen for delivery: The Hyundai Accent will be at O’hare waiting for you with a lockbox. There will be additional parking charges totaling to 30$. There will be a 15$ fee that you will need to pay to leave the parking garage when picking up the car. The delivery fee of 40$ includes the other 15$ parking fee when you return the car. If the car is returned to any other lot additional fees will apply. Sometimes parking lot G can fill up and you will have to park in another lot. The tolls take a few days to process after the trip. Great host who went the extra mile to make sure I found the car.

First time Turo user. I was unaware that correspondence would only be through messaging on Turo App. I found the vehicle at the airport, I was able to get into the lockbox BUT received no information regarding getting out of the airport. I messaged the owner but received NO reply. I found the ticket, but It cost me $42 to get out of the airport parking garage. Even though i had paid an additional fee of $35 to pick up at the airport. I messaged the owner who told me there was a discount card there, which looked like a map not a discount coupon. The correspondence with the owner seemed rude and condescending as if i was bothering her. She ended up telling me to return the car with less gas to make up for the money I spent getting out of the garage - My recommendation- pay attention to the detail charges, look for the messages within the App. And think long and hard before you use Turo - I know I will be - not sure if i will use it again.
