Pick-up instructions will be sent after the reservation has been made, usually 1 day before the trip. - No smoking or vaping ($250 penalty fee) - No Pets ($150 penalty fee) - $150 violation fee for abusive and irresponsible cleaning issues - Reckless driving, burnouts, donuts or racing of any kind are prohibited - You are responsible for any tolls, traffic or parking tickets, and other liabilities during the rental period - Regular+ Gas 89 - Please be careful when parking close to a curb. Each rim with a new curb rash may incur additional fees - Please clear out all personal belongings after trip - Please return the car in the same condition as you received it - Please note: this car is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. This includes vehicle location, mileage, driving behavior, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes.

• Do I need to refill the gas?

  Yes. Regular+ fuel 89. Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you received it. If you want to save time and skip this step please add "Prepaid Fuel" in Extras.

• Is the car registered for bridge toll?

  Yes. My car is registered with FasTrak, an electronic toll collection system compatible with all Bay Area bridges and tolls. Simply drive in the FasTrak lanes and the toll charges will be sent to you a few days after your trip.

• Do I need to clean the car before returning?

  Please return the car in the same condition as you received it. This includes interior and exterior. If cleaning is needed, there will be a charge depending on the cleaning required to bring the car back to its original condition.
