Guidelines
1. Pickup and Drop Off: to make it efficient, please pick up and drop off the vehicle exactly as scheduled. Any necessary changes that need to be made, please do so through the Turo app. 2. Fuel: The car will always be delivered with a full tank of gas (unless notified otherwise). Please also return the car with a full tank of gas. 3. Mileage: The car has limited mileage. For any additional mileages, please notify me ahead of time, or will be charged accordingly. 4. Care: The car will always be delivered clean and free of trash/ smell. Please return the car in the exact same condition it was rented. Pictures will be documented before and after the trip. Additional fees will be charged for cleaning if the car is returned dirty. 1. Please NO off-road driving 2. Avoid parking too close to the curb or other cars to avoid scratches/ dents. 3. Please NO automatic or any kind of wash 5. No Smoking/ No Pets: Please NO SMOKING of any kind. If there is any lingering smell, a report will be made to Turo, and an additional charge of up to $250 for detail and cleaning services. And sorry, NO pets are allowed in the car. 6. Parking and Toll/Ticket: The guest is responsible a 100% of the parking and toll/ticket fees incurred during the entire trip.
