Our cars are cleaned and sanitized before every ride. We make sure that all the seats, buttons, handles, and steering wheel are all sanitized for your safety and pleasure. Although our renters bring back our vehicles clean, we still vacuum under the mats and seats, sanitize and wipe the headrest, and clean between the cracks. Our cars are in new condition and we like to keep it that way. Thank you for taking care of my car... -no pets -no heavy cologne -no smoking, vape, and trees Smoking, pets, eating, are NOT allowed inside our car. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return. Have fun with the car 🙂 but no tracking, drag racing, burnouts, donuts, etc.... Tires will be checked before delivery and after for excessive wear; abuse will be billed accordingly. -$50 late fee will be charged for every 30 minutes the car is returned late without any prior communication or arrangements. - Do not take this car out of the state. Vehicle has real time GPS tracking and will be reported as stolen if it leaves the state.

• How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?

  Yes the guest will have to pay for tolls if used. There is a toll transponder on every car, if you plan on getting on the highway that has tolls, you can easily run thru them. So no need to stop to pay money. About 2-3 months after your trip I will ask for a reimbursement thru Turo . The system lags a bit and I constantly do not want to message you reimbursement.

• Where is The Pick-Up Location?

  The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip details page with your reservation details

• PARKING DETAILS

  The car is located at 5206 West Colonial Drive Orlando Fl 32808 - it is in the parking lot of a small retail building (you will see a business called "Juicy Pot" and that means you are in the right place) Please be aware I do not own this parking lot, I lease these spaces from the owner of the building. If you choose to leave your car at the lot, I cannot control if it gets towed.

• What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?

  Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.

• How Does Communication Work?

  Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 per day by myself or my partner, while my personal cell phone is not - by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.

• Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?

  All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. If you went to the beach or around town and the car is dirty we offer complimentary carwash access Free Car Wash -Car washes and vacuum are complimentary on this trip , at any time during your trip ,you have unlimited access to a Mister Car Wash center and enter the wash free of charge , locations are all over Central Florida

• Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?

  Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time but if you need to pick it up after that is perfectly fine. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the “Modify Trip Details” section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip that is also flexible, pending that the vehicle is available.
