Car was great only problem is the trunk does not stay open. Having something to prop it open would be helpful when loading suitcases. Carlos was great to work with especially because this was a last minute booking

Some guests do not understand that if they bring a lot of luggage they need to rent a big car and they damage the trunk of the car. We consider all the observations of our guests.
