Guests will be charged for cleaning fees if the car is returned with unreasonable dirt according to Turo policy. https://support.turo.com/hc/articles/360058635014-Cleaning-and-disinfection-policy-for-hosts FUEL LEVEL⛽️ Please REGULAR FUEL ONLY! Car will be given to you with a full tank of gas. Please, return the vehicle in the same condition and gas level you received it. Extra charges will apply if we receive the vehicle back with less gas. SMOKING🚭❌ No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. TOLLS🛣 All of our vehicles come equipped with a Sunpass/E-Pass. You will be billed for all toll fees incurred at the end of your trip directly through the TURO App. KEYS 🔑 Please do not lose the key. There will be a fee if lost and you will be billed directly through the TURO App.

This vehicle is equipped with a Sunpass/E-Pass. It gives you a discount on tolls and allows you to drive through the Sunpass lane, so you don't have to stop at the toll booth. Can I smoke in the car?
No. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the car. An additional $250 fee will be charged.

Car Quality was 10/10! Host was excellent and extremely helpful thought the entire process :) The only thing that i did not like was that the transportation services does NOT take you to your vehicle. You have to find it and walk around a huge parking lot, but that’s something beyond the hosts’ control. The car quality was 10/10 and host went above and beyond! Next time i’m in Orlando FL i will be renting from here again :)

Host was super communicative. Car exactly as described in great condition. The app is a little quirky. It told me different return options that didn't align with hosts requirements. Great overall experience.

Unresponsive host and my flight was out of sanford orlando instructions wasnt clear had to get a uber way over here. Was told to wash the car went to the car wash and the membership was inactive

The car was great and as expected. The only thing that did not go well was the pick up of the car. There was supposed to be to be a shuttle to take us to the parking spot every 15-20 minutes. We ended up waiting for over 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. When we got to the parking location the staff there was unable to help us locate the car and we were wondering around trying to find it. Everything else went well and Desmond communicated very well.
