Guidelines Guests are expected to maintain a level of respect when renting our vehicles. We strongly encourage our guests to read and adhere to our guidelines in order to ensure a positive experience. By doing so, you can maximize your ride and avoid any unnecessary surprises. Cleaning Guests are expected to return the vehicle in a clean condition. Messes are acceptable as long as they are generally cleaned up prior to the return. If a vehicle is returned requiring more than the standard cleaning, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Smoking Smoking of any kind in our vehicles is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. In the event that evidence of smoking is found, a $250 smoking fee will be issued and the guest may be permanently removed from the Turo platform. We kindly ask that you respect this policy. Gas and Fuel Please ensure that the vehicle is returned with the same fuel level as when it was initially provided. We require guests to keep all gas receipts showing proof of approved fuel grade inside the center console or glove compartment of the vehicle. Failure to keep such receipts will result in a fee. Tolls Our vehicles come with a company toll pass transponder that is ready to use. At the end of your trip, we will send you an invoice for all tolls incurred during your booking period. You will not be charged any extra fees or surcharges in addition to the tolls incurred for using our toll pass. A copy of our e-Pass statements with details listing the date, time, and cost of each incurred toll will be provided. As an added benefit of our world-class service, guests with tolls incurred totaling under $5 will not be billed. Airport Parking Fees Please note that for any airport deliveries at Orlando International Airport (MCO), the initial parking fee will be your responsibility. The first 30 minutes are free of charge. Afterwards, the fees for parking may range from $2-$19. However, we will be responsible for the return parking fee upon your return of the vehicle to the airport. Delivery Fees Delivery can be arranged to any of our approved destinations with a delivery fee of $120 USD. For custom destinations located within a 5-mile radius of our lot, the delivery fee is $120 USD. Maintenance We take great lengths on servicing and maintaining our fleet. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and meticulously maintained. No inconveniences or hassles during your trip. The only thing you need to worry about is making the most out of your trip! Privacy Please note that all of our vehicles are equipped with advanced vehicle tracking systems. Guests are free to drive the vehicle as pleased. We do not actively track the vehicle or micromanage our guests. While we are not legally obligated to disclose this, we would like to do so out of respect to our guests. Our primary concerns are auto theft, reckless speeding, and insurance purposes. We also like to keep portable Tile trackers with the key fobs only to prevent loss of keys. Our luxury vehicles are not serviceable by “emergency” locksmiths. Only flagship dealerships can program additional keys for our vehicles in the event that a key fob is lost. A replacement key fob for this vehicle costs us $800 and takes at least 3-5 business days. The Tile tracker is solely used for this purpose.   • How do tolls work?

    Our vehicles are equipped with toll passes. Each vehicle includes an UNI E-Pass for use with with over 19 states which can be found online. The transponder itself comes at no cost but PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL TOLLS INCURRED DURING YOUR TRIP. The UNI E-Pass works everywhere you see signs for: • E-PASS • UNI • E-Z PASS • SunPass • SunPass Pro • LeeWay • Peach Pass • NC QuickPass • I PASS • RiverLink The toll pass also works at the parking at Orlando International Airport and the Port Canaveral cruise terminals.

  • Can I smoke in this vehicle?

    Smoking of any kind is absolutely never allowed. We will fully hold the renter responsible to the fullest extent. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $250 smoking fee will be charged and you will be permanently banned from the Turo platform. Smoking includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, any THC or CBD product, and vapes. Please be respectful.

  • Can I add additional drivers to my reservation?

    Yes, additional drivers can be added. The primary guest must be the one to pick up and return the vehicle.

  • How does the check-in and check-out procedure work?

    For all standard and premium vehicles, check-ins and check-outs are 100% contactless unless otherwise specified.

  • What gas does this car take?

    This vehicle requires fuel with a minimum octane rating of 91+. If 91 is not available, 93 or 95 octane will work fine or you can go to another gas station to save money. The gas tank cap is located on the PASSENGER (RIGHT) side of this vehicle. You must keep all gas receipts or you will be charged a $50 fee.

  • How many miles are included in my reservation?

    Each vehicle comes with their own set of miles. Any additional mileage will be charged per mile depending on the vehicle.

  • What are your cleaning policies?

    Before each rental, our vehicles undergo a thorough cleaning and disinfection process, paying close attention to high-touch areas such as steering wheels, door handles, and seat belts. We use only high-grade cleaning and sanitizing products that have been proven to be effective against germs and viruses.

  • Are your vehicles tracked?

    Please note that all of our vehicles are equipped with advanced vehicle tracking systems. Guests are free to drive the vehicle as pleased. We do not actively track the vehicle or micromanage our guests. While we are not legally obligated to disclose this, we would like to do so out of respect to our guests. Our primary concerns are auto theft, excessive speeding, and insurance purposes. We also like to keep portable Tile trackers with the key fobs only to prevent loss of keys. Our luxury vehicles are not serviceable by “emergency” locksmiths. Only flagship dealerships can program additional keys for our vehicles in the event that a key fob is lost. Replacement key fobs for for most luxury vehicles costs us $800 and takes at least 3-5 business days. The Tile tracker is solely used for this purpose.

  • What happens if I get a ticket?

    If the customer is issued a traffic ticket while driving our vehicle, they are responsible for the ticket. This includes, but is not limited to, traffic and parking violations such as speeding tickets, reckless driving citations, and/or parking tickets. The ticket’s legal and financial responsibility will be legally transferred over to the primary vehicle operator listed in the rental agreement. Therefore, they are responsible for any fines or penalties associated with the ticket. It is important for customers to remember that they are responsible for any traffic tickets they may receive while operating our vehicles. It is also important to note that they should drive responsibly and follow all applicable laws while operating the rental vehicle. We do not accept any liability from traffic violations and tickets. We hope that this information helps our clients make the right decisions while driving our vehicles and that they can enjoy the experience without worry.

  • What do I do in case of damages, accidents, or theft?

    In the event of any minor or major damage to the vehicle, please do not be afraid to let us know. Things happen, we understand. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will handle each situation accordingly.

  • Can I get my car delivered to me?

    We offer convenient delivery to a number of preset destinations listed below and custom destinations up to 5 miles from our location. Pricing includes delivery and pickup. Our team will pickup the vehicle from the same location your vehicle was delivered.   • What happens if my vehicle gets a flat tire?

    Customers are responsible for the vehicle during their rental period. You may be responsible for the cost to repair or replace a flat tire. If a flat tire is due to deterioration, age, rot, or pre-existing condition, we are responsible for the damage costs. If your vehicle gets a flat tire during your rental period, please follow the following steps: 1. Pull over to safe area if you haven’t already. 2. Locate the affected tire(s) and determine if the vehicle is equipped with run-flat tires. Search online or lookup the tire brand and model to check for run-flat technology. 3. Contact us immediately after completing above steps. 4. Follow the appropriate next steps: - Vehicles equipped with run-flat tires: you may continue to drive up to 50 miles at a maximum speed of 50 mph without replacing the tire. - Vehicles without run-flat tires: the affected tire(s) must not be driven on and must be replaced with a spare tire. You are authorized to replace the affected tire(s) with the spare tire if you know how to safely do so. - 24/7 Emergency roadside services are available for assistance. Please refer here for more information on roadside assistance. Determining Liability We will thoroughly investigate the cause of the flat tire and review pre-trip photos from your reservation as well as post-trip photos from the most recent reservation to understand the health and history of the tire. If we determine you’re responsible, you must cover the cost to repair or replace the affected tire(s). If we determine you weren’t responsible for the flat, we will cover the cost to repair or replace the affected tire(s). Repairing or Replacing Affected Tire(s) If the tire is repairable, it must be repaired by one of our authorized vendors. If there’s sidewall damage or the tire isn’t repairable, affected tire(s) must be replaced with one of equal or greater quality. Replacements must be approved by us before moving forward with the work. Proof of receipt showing tire quality and total cost must be provided and will be verified. If you are liable, you must pay for the cost of the tire at full price, regardless of tire use before the incident. You’re not responsible for replacing any of the non-damaged tires. We have existing warranties with our tire vendor DiscountTire on some of our vehicles. In this case, the cost of warranty tire replacement is $50 plus applicable taxes and fees and the tire will be replaced with equal or greater quality tire by DiscountTire. If you are liable and you are unable to coordinate replacing or repairing the tire, the coverage option you chose would be in effect for a damage claim.

    In the event of any minor or major damage to the vehicle, please do not be afraid to let us know. Things happen, we understand. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will handle each situation accordingly.

  • Can I get my car delivered to me?

    We offer convenient delivery to a number of preset destinations listed below and custom destinations up to 5 miles from our location. Pricing includes delivery and pickup. Our team will pickup the vehicle from the same location your vehicle was delivered.   • What happens if my vehicle gets a flat tire?

    Customers are responsible for the vehicle during their rental period. You may be responsible for the cost to repair or replace a flat tire. If a flat tire is due to deterioration, age, rot, or pre-existing condition, we are responsible for the damage costs. If your vehicle gets a flat tire during your rental period, please follow the following steps: 1. Pull over to safe area if you haven’t already. 2. Locate the affected tire(s) and determine if the vehicle is equipped with run-flat tires. Search online or lookup the tire brand and model to check for run-flat technology. 3. Contact us immediately after completing above steps. 4. Follow the appropriate next steps: - Vehicles equipped with run-flat tires: you may continue to drive up to 50 miles at a maximum speed of 50 mph without replacing the tire. - Vehicles without run-flat tires: the affected tire(s) must not be driven on and must be replaced with a spare tire. You are authorized to replace the affected tire(s) with the spare tire if you know how to safely do so. - 24/7 Emergency roadside services are available for assistance. Please refer here for more information on roadside assistance. Determining Liability We will thoroughly investigate the cause of the flat tire and review pre-trip photos from your reservation as well as post-trip photos from the most recent reservation to understand the health and history of the tire. If we determine you’re responsible, you must cover the cost to repair or replace the affected tire(s). If we determine you weren’t responsible for the flat, we will cover the cost to repair or replace the affected tire(s). Repairing or Replacing Affected Tire(s) If the tire is repairable, it must be repaired by one of our authorized vendors. If there’s sidewall damage or the tire isn’t repairable, affected tire(s) must be replaced with one of equal or greater quality. Replacements must be approved by us before moving forward with the work. Proof of receipt showing tire quality and total cost must be provided and will be verified. If you are liable, you must pay for the cost of the tire at full price, regardless of tire use before the incident. You’re not responsible for replacing any of the non-damaged tires. We have existing warranties with our tire vendor DiscountTire on some of our vehicles. In this case, the cost of warranty tire replacement is $50 plus applicable taxes and fees and the tire will be replaced with equal or greater quality tire by DiscountTire. If you are liable and you are unable to coordinate replacing or repairing the tire, the coverage option you chose would be in effect for a damage claim.
