The car was great & the host was nice & accommodating but the tires had such low low tread that even just in the 1 & a half day trip of ours they began to slowly leak until we did not feel comfortable driving as the PSI was not a safe level & it appeared there was a small hole in the tire causing the leak. We called the host immediately & he had a spare tire but not the tools to replace it & our flight was in a few hours so we needed to get a tow & call a Lyft to take us to the airport. It cost $120 for the Lyft & fix a flat & then the host reported us for “damage” & accused us of joy riding on a construction site or something when we only drove to our air BnB & then the beach & were trying to get to the airport. We drove incredibly safely and carefully & did not appreciate being blamed for damages to a very clearly worn out tire, even the hosts photos pre trip showed there was almost no tread. Now turo is trying to charge us nearly $300 & we already paid $120 dealing with the flat tire plus the stress of almost missing a flight, EVEN THOUGH we paid significantly extra money for trip insurance and flexible pick up (to the tune of well over $100). We were not impressed with turos poor support at all & did not appreciate being reported for damages or accused of causing them. Once again, the host seemed nice enough & accommodating and we enjoyed the car as we rarely get to drive a cool car like that but it absolutely ruined our trip and caused a ton of stress to deal with turo and him afterwards. We can’t in good conscious recommend this app or this host unfortunately.

The car was returned with a Flat tire and there was a big piece of wood stuck in the tire. Everything was totally fine with a tire and the car in the pre- existing pictures. The car was taken to a off Roading or a construction site by the guest. A insurance claim was filled and was approved by a certified claim adjuster. The guest stopped replying and wasn’t ready to pay for the damages.

I am totally dissatisfied, the car has black fabric seats and camouflage stains ... be very careful because after you return the car it charges 100 dollars for cleaning stains you have never seen or imagined. The deal would be $ 60 a day and I ended up paying 190 for a day! When we went to get the car we were waiting for it to arrive for a long time but when we were late returning it he charged an extra night. I don't trust Turo anymore.

You should be dissatisfied, because the car had black fabric seats and after your trip the car has white ranch seats & potato chip floor mats! Thank god that you only paid $100 to turn the seats back to black fabric ones. The deal would be $60 a day if you stop imagining so much Patricia! Don’t be late, no ranch, no more chips for next time! Trust yourself and you’ll start trusting Turo again 👍🏻
