Ryan was fantastic and ethical. I accident just booked my trip for Friday morning at 12 am instead of Saturday morning at 12 am. Ryan alerted me to that fact and accepted my change notification. David is the most concise and responsive person I have ever interacted with online!!!!! We rented his 2010 Ford Fusion hybrid for our trip, the airport pickup was super easy and the car was immaculate. Fast responses when I had questions during the trip, and he sent a really nice explanation (with photos) of where to return at the airport as there was construction going on and it was my first time in Norfolk. This was my first time using Turo, it is a bit different than a standard rental, as you are asked to vacuum and wash the car before returning it, which surprised me. But - like I said earlier, the car was super clean when received, I would DEFINITELY rent from David again!
