The Tesla must stay in Utah at all times, so if your plans include any out of state travel, you will want to find a different vehicle *You MUST have a protection plan chosen from Turo OR have a private insurance policy that covers rental vehicles (and provide proof of such) *No smoking or vaping inside the car ($50-150 fine) *We love and have pets ourselves but please, no pets or animals inside the car *Excess wear on tires will incur a $100 fee, no burnouts or donuts *No off-roading of ANY kind, including unpaved roads *Windshield chips subject to a $50 fee. If the windshield is cracked during a trip and needs to be replaced entirely, the renter(s)/guest(s) understand that per Turo's guidelines they are financially responsible for the replacement *Charge to only 90% max around town, 100% fine for trips out of town PLEASE NOTE: if driving long distance and above 70mph+, battery uses more power & falls quicker. May not get a full 230+ miles. *Please return the vehicle with at least a 30 mile range (and ideally at or above what the charge was when you picked up the car. Otherwise, the following fees apply in addition to the total charge amount billed at the end of your trip: -71% (or charge at start of trip, picture needed for reference) or higher: NO FEE -51% - 70%: $10 fee -20% - 50%: $20 fee -19% or lower: $50 fee Car will be washed and cleaned before use - please bring car back washed and cleaned. Most common damages are windshield and rims. If windshield or rim damage occurs, per Turo's guidelines we are required to submit a damage report/claim, but we can choose the option to work it out directly as to not get insurance involved if that's the best option. All other damage(s) will also be assessed and communicated, so if anything happens during your trip don't hesitate to let us know so both parties can resolve it as quickly and simply as possible. **$25 cleaning fee if car brought back messy (crumbs, marks, etc.) **$150+ cleaning fee if spills, stains, detailing needed.

• How should I plan to charge the Tesla?

  There are plenty of charge stations throughout most of Utah (mostly in central Utah.) The car has a standard Tesla port for all Tesla charge stations (the best one I have found is the Supercharger in Draper since it's between Provo and Salt Lake, but there are other stations, so just plan according to your trip and where the stations are). If you can, I would highly suggest sticking to Tesla charge stations as much as possible for speedy charges and convenience during your trip. There is also an adaptor for J1772 charge stations (non-Tesla charge stations), as well as a plug that allows for charging in any Edison plug outlets of a home (overnight charging only since this is the slowest charging method). Please only use these methods of charging if you have prior experience with a Tesla or have one of your own (since you'll also have the apps that accompany other charge stations most likely as well.)
