Up for rent is my 2014 Nissan Versa Hatchback. The car is very fuel efficient and a great choice for rent because of the low cost to drive. Plenty of space and headroom for you and all your friends/family. All systems fully functional! “Windows and doors are not electric” ***For TURO remote hand off, please take a selfie picture with your ID in front of rental vehicle and upload thru TURO app. For airport pickup and drop-off, the vehicle is parked in the terminal lot with keys in a lockbox on the driver's door. Parking is free for 15 mins; if you leave within that time, no charge. After 15 mins, you'll be charged a 1-hour rate. When you return the car, leave it in the terminal parking, and I'll handle any parking fees(send me a text before you drop it off). To avoid fees, set pickup time about 30 mins after your flight's arrival for ample offboarding, baggage claim, and walk to the car. Horrible it was a replacement vehicle from my first vehicle that broke down while I was on the freeway that was also from another Turo host. How I get 2 defective cars idk. My daughter day was ruined. The car didn't change gears. Driving on the freeway very dangerous and couldn't keep up with flow of traffic. I report the vehicle to the company these host really gets mad I guess when you do a review about your experience. Everything will not always be perfect. The first host was unprofessional and the audacity of telling me what I didn't have to do texted me on my personal phone. I'm letting it be known so the next person can have a safe trip and doesn't experience what I did on a day that our children get once in a lifetime.

Unfortunately, you gave a one-star review because I filed a claim after you returned the car with scratches, no gas, and in a dirty condition, and you refused to pay for the damages. My goal is to maintain high standards for all renters, and addressing these issues ensures a great experience for everyone.
