Guidelines

Please treat the vehicle as if it was your own. We treat and take care of all of our vehicles as best as we can, so we definitely appreciate when that effort is reciprocated! They’re kind of like our babies... Important: PLEASE... No smoking (of any kind), or animals in the car. As per Turo's terms of service, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received inside and out. This applies to both cleanliness, and fuel. Pro tip: don't forget to refuel before return to avoid extra fees. P.S. Nothing against animals!

    A fee will be charged to you. You can prepay a cleaning fee prior to the return by adding on the "extra" through Turo. —————————————————————————————

  • What if my reservation is over, but I want to extend it?

    If you wish to extend your reservation, you must contact us and Turo. The extension will only be approved if the extension does not interfere with a scheduled reservation and Turo approves based off their guidelines and policy. —————————————————————————————

  • What do I do about gas?

I hate to give someone bad feedback but i hope this helps for them to correct! I rent a car which 2 hours before pick up I was notice the car had no ac only solution was get my refund or take it how it was. They couldnt help me with another cause they only had cars that cost to rent more and wasnt able to upgrade me cause they will lose money I had no time since my family was waiting for me at the airport so i had no option but to take the car with no ac. After picking up my family it was too hot so i called charles if we could swap he agree. I cancel one day earlier so i could booked the other car just to know that i had to booked the car for more than one day which i only needed for one day. At the end i was left stranded in the street walk my way to the airport to rent a reliable car. My opinion is if something goes wrong with your cars its right for yall to have a backup car just incase this situations happens. We your costumers are trusting in your business to provide the best service possible to feel comfortable and worry free.

I’m disappointed to see your review after our conversations and attempts to help. The car came back from a rental and notified you immediately about the AC. We offered several solutions including 2 cars comparable to the car you had but you demanded to be upgraded to a Mercedes for the price of a Honda Civic. We even told you we did not want you to take the Honda as it was not to our standards with the AC. You insisted on taking the Honda as you had to pick up family so we honored the request

Loved the customer service and how quick it was to get a car. Unfortunately they couldn’t find the keys to the original car I was rented out, so had to make a last minute change. Through the app turo it was charging me an extra day of fees and the daily fee was 2X more because of the time i was booking the new car because they lost the keys. So it didn’t seem fair but Jessica was quick to fix the issue and charge me what i should’ve been in the first place! So since that happened and i had a different car last minute, the car wasn’t clean but they did pay me to get it washed. The car was very nice and clean on the inside but the AC was broken, and being over 90 degrees everyday, it wasn’t pleasant. Felt like I ran into some problems but were handled easily.
