We ask that you return the car in the same condition you received it to avoid a post-trip cleaning fee. We gladly will provide the choice of purchasing the prepaid Post-trip Cleaning and Recharge Extras to avoid the inconvenience of washing and recharging the vehicle before returning it. Rentals made without a 24-hour notice may have less than 75% charge at pick up. With 24 hours or more notice, the car will have a 75% - 80% charge, unless a prior higher charge has been agreed upon. Please note: If you do not replace the energy you used, your host can request reimbursement for their cost to replace it. They have up to 72 hours after your trip ends to make a request. This includes Tesla Supercharger and Idle Fees. Guests are responsible for any Supercharger and/or Idle Fees incurred during their trip and up to 24 hours after the trip ends if they have left the car plugged in at a charging station. Once you are notified of the request, you have up to 72 hours to pay it or dispute it. If you have purchased prepaid recharge as an Extra, your host cannot request a reimbursement. Depending on current battery level and trip requirements, your supercharging stops will range from a few minutes up to less than an hour. You will receive a reimbursement request from your host after the trip, with a detailed receipt of each supercharger session you incurred. Tip: the car's screen navigation system includes a feature that will automatically locate all Superchargers and Destination Chargers nearby and along your route. Destination Chargers are a network of level 2 chargers installed at restaurants, hotels, and other retailers and businesses. Participating businesses typically provide Destination charging at no cost to Tesla drivers. Similar to home Wall Connectors, Destination Chargers are best for use when stopping for extended periods of time (hence the name "Destination"), as they provide slower charging performance (11.5 kW, up to 22 kW in some cases). This comes out to approximately 30-40+ miles of range per hour. Mobile Connectors are portable cables (included in your Tesla) that can charge your car at low speeds by plugging it in to any standard 120-volt household outlet (NEMA 5-15). You will find the Mobile Connector cable in the trunk of the car, as well as an adaptor to use it at public charging stations. The cable is 20 feet long. ***IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL FEES*** Odor removal: $250 Smoking, vaping, perfume, car fresheners, cologne, and any hard to remove odors. • How can I lock/unlock the doors?

  Place the key card on the driver's side B-pillar, as pictured on the back of the key. When the side mirrors fold/unfold, you will know that the car is locked/unlocked. You can also lock the car from the inside on the touchscreen

• How can I open the glovebox?

  If you need to access the glove compartment for the Turo insurance or Vehicle registration, you may open it by accessing the car's touch screen. Press the car icon in the lower-left corner to access the menu, then in the screen that pulls up, there will be an open glove compartment icon in the lower-left corner.

• How much does it cost to use a Tesla Supercharger?

  Typical prices are around 20¢ per kWh, so you are looking at about 7¢ per mile. You do not need to add a payment method while at the supercharge. The Tesla station will bill directly to the host and the guest will be billed at the end of the trip. An "average" supercharger cost is around $8-$12 total. Pretty Great!

• Does this vehicle have "Autopilot"?

  Yes! Autopilot will have the vehicle stay in lane, accelerate, and decelerate based on traffic conditions.

• How can I charge the car?

  The touch screen in the car provides the location of all Tesla Superchargers, and Destination chargers. To find one, simply open the navigation page and select the charger that you would like to use. For long-distance travel, the car will automatically route you to specific chargers and notify you of how long to charge at each location to continue your trip. • How can I turn off the car?

  It will turn itself off when you walk away. While you are gone, the car will keep the interior from getting too hot as long as the battery level is over 20%.

• How long does it take to charge at Tesla Superchargers?

  The biggest thing that depends on is how far to the next stop. Most of the time it will be 15 minutes or less, which gives you some time to play video games or watch Netflix, or browse the internet on the screen! If you are going far between superchargers, it could take a little longer.
